There is something about the original holloween that just makes it so much scarier than other movies. The sound effects such as the one at 0:08. It just hits different

Halloween II (1981) is so underrated, it’s a crime. It’s just as good as the original.

If you really look at it, it's basically the 1st part going on. It starts right where the 1st ends, so technically it's the 1st. 😂😂😂😂

Imo the first two and 4th are the best, even til this day. I usually don’t like watching a movies I’ve already seen but I can’t even count how many times I’ve watched the Halloween franchise the early movies. Such classics and underrated.

Denko: You really said it all!! Idk if there is another Halloween movie in the franchise that has become such a favorite of mine from then til now, and i consider myself a True Halloween "mark". Halloween 2 is possibly the Best Installment of All- Time?? And growing up i can truly say that Parts 4 and 5 and 6 really had my "Favorite(s) Title Belt". Halloween 2018 really got my 'Up to Date' LOVE and 'my Favorite "Girl" ' Image with her 'Bouncy House Abilities' smokin' in the boys room!!!

And people complain about trailers today spoiling the entire movie, the first Halloween trailer showed the entire film 😂

Totally. I think there's a lot to be said for the Season of the Witch trailer. Less can definitely be more.

Jesus the 1978 trailer gave so much away. 😊

Originally first two and h20 and the first rob zombie version and David Gordon green first 2 are the strongest in this franchise but love them all

Excellent seat edge thriller... Superb .. Michael Myers 😮😮😮😮

Trailer-wise, I LOVE Halloween 4’s. The on-screen narrative scroll, the build up and use of the score was done brilliantly to build that tension. Same w/ Halloween Kills-it’s the most a trailer hyped Michael so hard core, imo.

Wait, on H20, who made that trailer? Looks very cool!

That H20 trailer looks fan made. Gore in a 1998 trailer? The score sounds like it's 2018 (Ottman's original score was more orchestral). And the end card is a recreation of the Halloween 2018 end card.
