It isn’t only on weekends, is it? The menu mentioned weekends for whatever reason. And alien dim sum aren’t available any more?

It's available on weekdays. When I went, the alien dim sum wasn't available, but since the Disney dim sum changes seasonally, hopefully it'll come back!
