This lecture was so well articulated and so simple and easy for me to understand. I love how Islam cuts through the smoke n mirrors of the Jinn. I walked away from this feeling more equipped to recognize when Jinn are loose and with awareness their effects are not as powerful.

Assalamualaikum Sheikh Do you know anything about Soul retrieval? What can I do if the reason for depression/misfortune is caused by oneself by engaging in bad habits one may have attracted bad entities to oneself and they are now attached to you. Can a souls aura be fragmented so that negative entities can attach themselves to you?

9:40 that verse means "when we were creating angel like they witnessed it " means people of old time used to say that angels are female and Allah forgive me daughter of God that verse was for those people who said that in this verse Allah is saying how do they know that angels are female, they are saying as if when we were creating angel and they were there that that real meaning of that verse

They are the evil, disbelieving jinns. They go against Allah (swt). The same way the evil magicians communicate with the world of the jinns.

there is a question i would like it to be answered with regards to that topic and that is about astrology when they used to ask me about my zodiac sign when i was i child i could not answer had no idea what it was and even when people tried to explain it to me it did not make any sense like it was totally illogical but as i grew up and came into contact with it once again by accident it had described my character so accurately in detail and as well other close people whom i knew at the time and i was totally stunned i mean not all people whom i came to contact with them their zodiac character description matched with their personality trait i wasn't aware that it was haram the time but i could not help myself but develop addiction towards it and i was a bit worried so i turned to the internet for explanation and as i listened to some Muslim scholars and their views with regards to astrology in accordance to the Quran and hadith which that haram and not true like there is relation between what is happening in the space and human affair and i was not satisfied so went to dig deeper as i did found out about a prophet named idris if i'm not mistaken he was the fourth son of Adam and eve who was also the prophet who before Noah he was born in Babylon and later migrated or fled to Egypt when corruption of mankind became abundant to a point where he was unable to compete with nor resist it furthermore one of his unique gifts granted to him by Allah that he had great knowledge of the star and how it affected mankind's daily lives of he used to help people with furthermore there are some scholarly view's to some very few limited number of few scholars in Islam which agree with astrology to a very limited point that it has some impact on human personality without diving or claiming to predict the future if anyone could provide some explanation with regards to that matter I'd be more than glad

There is a little truth to the way one is based on the time of year in which you were born. But to believe wholy in horoscopes and the like is not from Islam.

​@@Amatullah.574 thank you for replying to my comment but there is nothing according to the scholars that indicates that it even has a bit of truth only very few such as al Ghazali and ibn al Arabi which agree with a very limited form of astrology and even they received a lot of critics from too many other Muslim scholars furthermore when i used to read about black magic and it's symptoms in Arabic on I'm guessing maybe an Egyptian site on of the forms of magic was that that the demons or jinn's consult the stars for personality predictions moreover I did a lot of digging on the internet recently not much is mentioned about it except that it is not real and that it's form of witchcraft and Etc. etc. etc. if you could provide me some or any proof of that little truth you've said or if can't maybe if you could post that question to any trusted scholar and I'd more than glad

They said: 'Verily, we have heard a wonderful Recitation (this Quran)!. 'It guides to the Right Path, and we have believed therein, and we shall never join (in worship) anything with our Lord (Allah). ' And He, exalted be the Majesty of our Lord, has taken neither a wife nor a son (or offspring or children). 'And that the foolish among us [i.e. Iblis (Satan) or the polytheists amongst the jinn] used to utter against Allah that which was an enormity in falsehood. (Quran 72:1,2,3,4). Jinn: A creation, created by Allah from fire like human beings from mud, and angels from light.
