@@TrixterCharizard Nuh uh, arc echo has the cool handprint and stuff, he loses the identity he had in TCW TV show. Plus white and blue is a cooler color scheme than black & red in my opinion.

Man actually put the Bad Batch Echo design in high B tier. That's probably one of the coolest character designs in all of Star Wars.

this is the first set i ever owned as well! i still to this day have the gunner as my favorite, he has had a few hand replacements, stole Boba's cape and jetpack and a random green lightsaber, i always thought he was a pilot when i was younger. if i ever have to get rid of my legos and could only keep one minifig it would be him.

The clone with "headphones"is a communication specialist he's supposed to be easy to reach

My favourite detail of Rex's phase 2 (1.5, really) look is that he also welded a phase 1 chest plate onto it, likely because the phase 1 plates were more protective (if less comfortable) and earlier in the series he'd been shot in the chest with a sniper rifle and only survived because of the tougher phase 1 plate.

JUSTICE FOR CLONE COMMANDER KELLER! He has the raddest appearance. You just can’t beat the robes.

This video made me realize i have star wars related anger issues... still fun to watch tho

Bro, theres no way you forgot about the classic 2002 clone wars clones! they were so cool, how are they not on the list!

Fun Fact: the concept Ordnance Specialist design was actually not used due to production issues and limited resources. They couldn't give them a unique look, so instead they just retextured the basic phase 1 armor and made the orange diamond design instead.

12:36 i also always thought that this is a snowarmour too, but the setting of that episode is actually a sandstorm, so i guess you can call it a desertarmour.

The actual reason they didn't go with the original design of the bomb squad trooper is because of budget constraints. As goofy as it looks it's actually really well done as it's supposed to look similar to real life bomb squad suits. Imo it's a better design than what we got as that armor design is functional and makes more sense to help protect the clones than an orange coat of paint. Also don't forget that was just the concept and the design would have been refined had they had the budget to actually make it.

28:57 This is not Endor Captain Rex, that is Nik Sant. Filoni wanted to ret con Nik Sant as Captain Rex, but decided against it as he felt it would be wrong to get rid of the original character. You can still find the proper Endor Captain Rex as his armor is mostly Rebellion, but he has the forearm gauntlets and gloves from his phase two gear.

Correct me Star Wars nerds if I’m wrong, but I believe Commander Appo was named since Revenge of the Sith, years before Avatar came out, so the Clone Wars team found it a funny enough coincidence to change his canon design for his Clone Wars show debut to include an Airbender arrow

how about for the next one "every clone ranked by character" filter out some clones that basically have none (e.g denal) so the list isnt stupidly big but include omega and emerie karr as they're clones too

Eh, sometimes. Most commanders during the first battle of Geonosis were trained as pilots, as you can identify them by their yellow markings, but they weren't in the air that often. If they weren't tasked with CAS/CAP/Transport, or had to eject from their craft, then they'd be in standard P1 armor with their regular markings.

All these years I've always called the headphone helmets as Leia Buns Troopers. Them being sci-fi headphones definitely makes the most sense since they're mainly used by the bomb squad and stealth ship crew.

Good list overall! I think nostalgia alone would have brought some of the phase one troopers up for me. I also wouldn’t have had any arc trooper below A tier, and Blitz would have been S for me

I think You didn't Talk about that much for p1. I love how it's a mix of Spartan and mandalorian with a certain touch of Stormtrooper, and the phase 2 still grabs elements of p1 and mix em with Stormtrooper a bit more, which makes a contrast and arquitype of p1 cool and p2 but more serious/intimidating

Dang man, imo the camo arf trooper is like S tier lol. They look badass in their camo. Commandos would also be all in A as well as crosshair's death trooper lookin armor.

My younger brother also destroyed my lego set that came with commander wolf, and i also will never forgive him for it.
