Every Bone in the Human Body and How they Break (Explained Using John Wick) | WIRED
Фильм және анимация
Dr. Chris Raynor knows his bones, so who better to ask about every bone in the human body? Keanu Reeves in the John Wick series has seen his fair share of bumps and bruises...well...some of them quite a bit worse than just bumps and bruises. There's over 200 bones in the human body, many of which we see taking quite a bit of trauma in the action-packed series. Using John Wick as a reference, Dr. Raynor explains everything we need to know about our bones and how they break.

Leaning about bone stuff is pretty cool and helps me get a better understanding of my physical disability (my humerus, radius, and ulna fused together at the joint when I was a younger child and my arm has been stuck at a °90 angel for over 15 years and is underdeveloped) very interesting video!

@Quasi_Fungi

@@2degucitas nope, it's was just something that started happening when I became around 6, the closest thing doctors think is that it was just a birth defect or just something that randomly grew because of genetics

I knew the skull was made up of several bones but I had never before actually considered the bones that make up the back/inside of the sinuses or that they could be broken by external force 😳

I broke my ishium and my upper left above the ishium next to the joint. So I broke it in 3 places. I smacked into a huge white oak tree at 55mph. I wasn't supposed to be able to walk for a while. And I was one of those how did you survive stories. It's part of how and why I got so interested in ostiology. I love bones. I do not recommend trying this to anyone. It's a funny road to walk down Awesome send off. Great video
Excellent!
my sister broke and dislocated her coccyx while she was playing volleyball, years ago. nothing can be done for it so itt's been dislocated like that for over a decade now. she gets a lot of pain there if she has to drive long distance because of the bucket seats in cars and how they force her to sit.
❤ the way you say “bones” 🤗
