Sirius being thrown in Azkaban without a trial makes me wonder how many other innocent people got tossed in Azkaban without trials by Barty Crouch Sr after the first wizarding war.

Sirius almost sounds like special circumstances considering he was found at the scene of the crime, and the witness testimonies confirmed it. Everyone else that we see in the pensive at least was actually guilty of their crimes. Though Malfoy was able to keep himself out along with Crabbe, Goyle and McNair

The difference with Sirius was. Several people shown up there at the scene of the crime and they found him laughing and going mad. And 12 muggles were dead and they found a single finger of Peter. The evidence looked so damming and Sirius didn't even bother fighting. He was a broken man.

Barty Jr didn't really escape though, he was smuggled out. He basically just walked out being allowed to because of his father's say-so.

Morgan, I hope you make a video explaining Lucius and Narcissa's relationship, because I feel like so many people misunderstand their love and it's really upsetting to see. The abusive husband allegations are literally so hard to watch and hear because there is numerous evidence in the books that suggested the VERY opposite. I would even go as far as to say Lucius and Narcissa have the strongest bond!

I say a plus one character as we don't know his fate is Sebastian Sallow. I know it is unclear but for me he was sentenced to life in Azkaban And you also forgot Cassandra Mason. She was also sent to Azkaban after her little confrontation with the avatar and Ruth Singer

A few these raise questions as to why Britain's MoM doesn't have a minimum security prison for non-violent offenses.

@@DarrenLogue yes, but it would still show you’re no better than her to exploit your power over a prisoner. Look at Frank and Alice, do you think anyone deserves to be tortured like that? I hate Umbridge as much as anyone else, but to me, being willing to use the cruciartus on someone with no power to me is as bad as a death eater using it on a muggle. Though in Hogwarts legacy, I do use the unforgivable curses in battle, though that’s because I’m fighting dark wizards, goblins and poachers

Yayyy I’m here early I’ve been binging vids from years ago so I’m exciting to be here on a brand new vid with an interesting topic !

I think the ones that really deserved the Dementors is Umbridge and the most high security Deatheaters; and it is unfair that Umbridge does not get that kind of comeuppance when she is sent to Azkaban in the aftermath of the 7th Harry Potter book while Hagrid had to suffer under them in the duration of Dumbledore's removal from Hogwarts in "The Chamber of Secrets" book and movie. Why is Umbridge's punishment has to be easier than Hagrid's undeserved punishment? I bet that Toad Faced Hag-out is having a laugh in thinking about the suffering of what a half-giant had to go through inside the place when it was filled with Dementors, that is the part of the stories that I hate most about her, she always gets off easy even when incarcerated or suspended.

I agree. Karma Houddinis like Dolores Jane Umbridge and that disgusting Pure-Blood Supremacist Travers deserve to have their Karma Houdini Warranties ripped apart.

Technically as leader of the Deatheaters sort of makes Voldemort one, he is just not fully recognized as someone of importance because he had no close connections with anybody except Nagini and those who might've been only in their first or second year at Hogwarts when he left who were probably the relatives of the Deatheaters we know specifically about and the other reason was because he disappeared for 10 Harry Potter years; 12 years if you don't count his parasitic spirit living inside Quirrell or his Memory/Horcrux diary figure from when he was T.M. Riddle.

Hagrid's worst enemy among the Deatheaters was McNair. McNair certainly got what was coming to him for the near unearned execution of Buckbeak which would've been final, if it weren't for the later events of Hermione's third year .

You should do a video on how the deluminator really works. Like dumbeldore obviously made it for more than collecting light and releasing light. Is it over time once it collects enough light, you can find anyone you have your mind on or if they call your name. They never do fully explain how the unit works even when ron explains how he found Harry and hermonie in the last book when they find the sword of Griffindore.

Didn't you forget Igor Karkaroff? He did get initially arrested during the first Wizarding War, but was released after he named his fellow Death Eaters as a plea deal then hunted down by his Death Eater associates when Voldemort returned and was killed.
