They are a Turkic people. The descendants of the Persians and Arabs in China are the "Hui people" a completely different ethnic group lol Google "Tocharians white people" of Western China. They were blonde and some red headed and green eyed people who are genetically close to ancient Anatolians and Celtic peoples of Europe. They assimilated to the Uyghurs who conquered them hence why Ughurs look Eurasian today. Ancient Uyghurs before that if you google "Ughur Khaganate" originally look straight up Mongolian.
