    Was thinking the same thing. Their attitude towards the All Star game has changed dramatically in the last 15-20 years. The product on the ice can attest to that.

    the all-stars of the 90s had distinct personalities and charisma. the kids today...they can play, no question. but there's maybe two or three who are recognizable as personalities. Ovi, Crosby, Geno, Marchand...maybe a couple of other guys. everyone else is quite bland.

    Slavin went 4 for 5 I believe in st louis and the players went nuts for him. Also you ever watch mark stone in Vegas? That guy is fun to watch. He celebrates each goal like a 6 year old
