They haven't put a stop to 777 though have they in fact it's worse what the PL are doing slowly allowing the club to drain away in Limbo

A massive favour would be stopping it, but they aren't, instead they're just letting Everton's debts pile up while legitimate owners (not 777) are both not able to step into negetiations and also disinclined to do so because of the mounting debt being incured because of the delays.
