Hello Jess from a still very sunny and warm Athens. I really adore Everlane clothes and accessories as well as their ethos. Everything in this collection looked fabulous on you. Sadly,I must be one in many thousands who actually don’t shop on line! Hello, distant relative! My name looks Italian, but it is Greek (I’m half, a Greek-American). It is boiling hot here near San Francisco, too, will be 105-110F today. (I really should practice converting to Celsius, we just don’t use it here.). That crazy Mediterranean climate, right?

Thanks for showing us these new Everlane pieces. My favorites are the striped silk blouse and the copper sweater. That color won’t flatter my cool muted “Summer” coloring, but it is beautiful, I wish I could wear it. This is a great season and year for those with warm “Autumn” coloring, there are so many great colors for them right now. I really love your haul videos, Jess, more please!

I was pleased to see that you did an Everlane haul. I started shopping Everlane this year and I fell in love with their basics and simplicity. I needed some new fall ideas and this hit the mark! You put together comfortable yet stylish outfits that I can see myself wearing. My style is casual chic.

I love the white tank top it’s 👌🏼. The joggers are fab I love those too. I’ve been living in my Zara joggers. I’d love to pull off a blazer but they make me look too square, as in square shaped. I think I’m just too bulky. Great video as always, I look forward to them on a Sunday. Thank you 😊

@@FashionStyleEdit I have the same issue, so I just haven’t bought one since only the long, straight over-sized type have been available, the last two years or so. Great advice, Jess, I’m waiting for some more fitted-at-the-waist classic blazers to come back. I did buy several at Ralph Lauren, but they are knit, which I love for my California climate, but maybe are not warm enough for others.

Hi, Jess. Lovely basics. The contrast of the grey top against the cognac bag was stunning. I would not have thought of putting those colours together. The Polene bags you have are truly gorgeous pieces and add the polished element to compliment low key dressing. Great job as always.x

I love Everlane! I own several cashmere sweaters from them (camel, gray, red and striped gray with ivory) and think they are fabulous. Their tees (especially the new organic ones) are simply perfect- so soft and just the right thickness. And of course their denim is brilliant- I own quite a few including the exact pair you were wearing in mid wash blue. Great styling video. Oh, the 90s inspired tank is a summer favorite of mine - I have 4 of them 😆

Gorgeous! Every outfit is perfect. The tonal matching of the second outfit was especially interesting and worked really well. I must admit that I already made my Everlane purchase a couple of days ago (my first purchase with them). I bought the organic cotton t-shirt and the cashmere t-shirt. I'll keep it to wear around the house but it's definitely too small for me. I liked the fit of my Sezane t-shirt better.

Oh Jess you are a girl after my own heart. I love your polished, classic, laid back style. You have given me some fresh ideas and I shall definitely be taking a look at Everlane's website when I replace anything. I absolutely love your two tone tan handbag too.

Appreciate the joggers, my go to are chinos, I purchase a size up, love the boy look. My joggers are from the men’s section as well, usually wear it with a tank or padded shoulder T. I live in very warm weather.

I love everything you bought. The copper organic cotton crew knit really suits you. My Everlane order should finally arrive this week and I can’t wait. Obviously my selection has more of summer feel to it, but I’ll save this video to revisit next Autumn. Everything I bought was on sale, and the pricing is already so reasonable. I have a lot on my wishlist, especially day glove flats and heels. Mel Inspired has some great Everlane hauls on You Tube. 🥰

Good morning Jess. Oh very classic items, love it! I'm also very happy that I'm not the only crazy lady wearing mens clothes 😂. I buy mens hoodies and joggers to wear round the house as the ladies tall sections are still very limited in choice. I saw someone else showing the stripey shirt and loved the way it looked, really classy in the way it drapes and it would never go out of fashion, I thought at the time Jess will def love that! xx

As always I loved the video.The colours would compliment my wardrobe which are a denim/ khaki/rust/camel theme.Although I like structured clothes for my frame my favourite look is the jogger one.I can't make sense of that.Could be that you make it look so good and the comfort factor is high😀 I have been considering the tote bag.I spotted another one on the Cuyana site.Would you recommend yours?

Haha it's a strange outfit isn't it but I just love it too! I think it's when you contrast unexpected things together, in luxurious fabrics that it really works. Someone mentioned it's quite a californian thing to do, mixing joggers and sandals together which is maybe where i've got it from but i think the addition of cashmere elevates it again:) Have a great week lovely x

Did you get her new book? I have the old one and often take a peek for interiors inspiration. Hi Katherine, that's so nice to hear, thank you:) I've got quite a few pairs of Everlane jeans now and I've always gone for my usual size 28. I've never had a problem with the fit to be honest so I'd say go true to size with their denim x

Hi Jess - always look forward to your Sunday morning videos with a cup of tea. A couple of questions if you have time - I feel the cold and often wear cashmere (I was wearing one of my cashmere sweaters at the end of August when it turned cold!). The one you had on looked quite slim fitting so how is their sizing - as I like to add a layer (or 2 !) underneath!Also where are the black trousers at the end of the video from? I tend to always order them in the small (true to size) as I quite like the slim fit and tend to wear them under blazers a lot. However if you prefer to wear something underneath I'd say definitely size up. I think I could probably get a t-shirt underneath a small but it might be a little uncomfortable? I also ordered (but they've not arrived yet) the 90s cheeky straight in unbleached blue. I LOVE the look of those! Though Everlane say high waist I've not found them to be too silly, or you could size up to get that slightly lower fit? I buy a lot of jeans from Mango too if you're looking for other brands. What size is your Everlane blazer, that black one? Love it and I need a blazer! Lovely classic outfits just wish these crazy times were over already, so could put my closet more into use. ✨ I love the cashmere sweaters but dry clean only I cannot justify that as it is so expensive here in my country so I always buy cashmere that can be washed also. I just ordered equivalent Mango ones, I had one last year and it is lovely.:) I am hoping match the cashmere with just ordered Sezane Will jacket. It gets freezing here so definitely layering is the key.

Hi Annie, hope you're well lovely:) Some would tell me off but in all honesty I put my Everlane cashmere sweaters in the washing machine (low heat) and they're fine. I just don't have the time or the money for all that dry cleaning either so always up for the easier option! Just make sure you dry them flat and they're as good as new. But fab if you've found another alternative:) With the black blazer I went with a US size 2. I already had one and knew that size with their blazers was the right fit for me. I did size up with the clay one and i like the oversized fit too but if you want that classic shape I'd follow my sizing on the black one. So excited for you with the Will jacket, that's one of the most hardest working pieces in my wardrobe so I'm really hoping you'll love it as much as I do! @@64Biina Sorry hun I've only just seen your reply. I've got about 5 pairs of Everlane jeans now and always go with my usual size 28 which is perfect. I'm preferring ankle crops at the minute and go with the regular. Their jeans are great actually. They don't seem to lose their shape like some brands. Happy shopping hun x

Most of those colors would not suit me personaly, but I would wear the outfits in different colors. I like the silk stripy shirt so much, I was looking at it but didn't know what size to take. I'm uk size 10, bra size eur 80b. What size should I order in your opinion? Thank you.

Hi lovely thanks so much for watching. I'm the same size as you and i went for it in a usa size 6. I'd say the fit is perfect. Not too tight across the chest (which i hate) but not so baggy you'd call it oversized. Just right:) x

My sister in Ireland bought a camel coat, it was far to oversized on her and needed to return it. She lost around 150 USD as the import duties were not returned to her. Something to be aware of. By the way, love all of your outfits! ❤️💕

Hi Caro, that is a shame and good to know. I believe duties can be returned from certain places only? The UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand being some of them. Hi Linda, hope you've had a nice weekend:) I'll probably get told off for this but I was everything that says dry clean on either a very low heat or wool wash. I've washed lots of silk tops before and never had a problem. I did shrink a sweater once but that was my own fault for having the heat too high! I'll test this new stripe one this week and let you know but I'm sure it's fine:) x

Each time I bought from everlane I had to returned it because this line (that I find it’s very my style ) doesn’t fit me at all !!! Snif snif ! Too large for the blazer, too small for the shoes and even jt’s easy to return I don’t take chance anymore because it’s trouble so I use to inspire me and look for other sellers . But I love the way you wear those cloths and you’re simple style either. Thank’s for the inspiration.

I have a few issues with Everlane. Quite apart from their employment practices, until they ship from Europe ( where much of the manufacturing is done) it’s a no-no. The taxes and shipping at checkout add about 1/3 more to the cost of your basket and in my view it’s just not worth it.

Hi Elizabeth, thanks so much for watching. I buy quite a lot of US brands so I'm used to the way they add the tax after at checkout. While import duty can be annoying it's never as bad as you'd think. I just went to order some jeans for instance and for whatever reason the import duty estimate was free. Perhaps down to where that particular pair of jeans is made maybe? It can be confusing but so long as everyone is aware of the taxes being added after, as opposed to included like we do in England, there's no scary surprises at checkout:) x

I’ve occasionally bought from a US retailer-Nordstrom springs to mind - and these on costs, if you will, are included in the price. I know a lot of people do rave about Everlane (and there are services that give you a US address de guerre to escape these charges, and I expect friends club together and share one!) but though their stuff does look nice I personally don’t think it’s special enough. I do enjoy your videos and wouldn’t mind seeing more of Nottingham- I used to live there.

I grew up nearby and did my solicitors’ finals at Trent Polytechnic as it then was. I served my articles in the city ( all this says how old I am!) and only moved away from the area in about 2002. I’m in north Essex these days and if I were young enough to be recruitable I’d move back like a shot. It’s very nice here but it’s chocolate box pretty, very flat and horribly expensive. Too near London.....

Aaargh! Oversize blazers are great if you are skinny but if you hv a bosom even with skinny ankles,wrists etc I just look like I'm wear something that doesn't fit me!

Huh - I had heard about the massive backlash against Everlane and their mistreatment of their employees during the pandemic. It was such a thing and so many 'influencers' shunned them due to their unfair actions - surprised.

Hi Joelle, thanks so much for watching:) I'm really conscious with these sorts of 'internet rumours' because they can get like chinese whispers. I did some research and what i discovered was that 8 temps were unfortunately let go during the pandemic. Which is sad for anyone to lose a job, believe me I know my husband hasn't been able to work since April. But unfortunately times are really tough times and lots of people have been thrown into a difficult situation because of the pandemic. I might have misheard, and I only know two journalists thoughts on the matter but I really believe it's always worth us doing our own research before we assume anything about anyone. The internet can get lots of things wrong and often does! x

@@FashionStyleEdit it’s very misleading. They don’t charge you a ‘restocking’ fee, but they do charge £6 for shipping, so you need to be 100% certain. I have emailed them to express my concern over their lack of transparency.

I really like your fashion ideas but see you still embrace Everlane. Could you speak more to that? This brand has been called out for racism and I simply do not feel comfortable supporting a brand who is known for racial inequality. Especially when there are other solid brands supporting inclusivity and moral/ethical behavior I feel better more confident backing with financial support. It would potentially broaden your demographic and make me more of a supporter, but only you can plug brands you personally support....

Hi Allison, I didn't know about this:( I will do some research. I watched Social Dilema on Netflix last night, have you seen it? It's made me really wary of rumours on the internet so I like to have a good read of all the facts before I form an opinion. I will add that I hate racism and 100% stand against it. I actually find it incredibly sad that in 2020 we are still having to have these conversations. I will do some research Allison and see what i can find out x
