How is the draft on a 30,000 lbs boat like that? I am really liking the 43 to 53 lengths. Seeing the larger yachts with 5 and 6 engines are awesome too but seeing the variety available and how nice the smaller one berth boats are has been great. Good job!

It's normally about 2 ft maybe a little bit more but not much more

That is better than the open bow runabouts we use in the lakes. That’s nice. I had a 24 ft cobalt years ago and it needed about 3 ft . The inboard engine probably had a lot to do with that. The out drive can’t be raised above the bottom.

Two tons of weight on the transom. Can think of other engines that are lighter.

Honestly I don't care for the design of this boat and I've owned 2 Everglades (currently have the 325cc - great boat). I much prefer the new Everglades 395cc over this one. Even the cabin on the 395 is much nicer. I also do not care for the seating in the transom. Save some dough and go with the 395cc.

time to sink one of these V8 Yamahas
