An "expedition" as per definition is a field trip for exploration and/or scientific purposes to "unknown" or "remotely uninhabited" places. A tour to Mt. Everest can't possibly be considered an expedition anymore. It has become an adventure trip for rather unskilled people from all over the world and is much more dangerous than it would be without them causing traffic jams on their way up. I know it's your bussiness model and probably the only real source of income Sherpas have living at high altitudes. But that fact doesn't turn this rather pathetic adventure tours into something noble like an expedition. And you know it.
