Not many people know this method! Quick and easy recipe! It's so simple and delicious that I make it almost every 3 days! I've never seen it this simple before! ONLY FLOUR, MILK AND BUTTER! Cooking recipe and ingredients:
300 ml of warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix.
1 egg.
80 g melted butter.
Mixing.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix everything together.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Mix the dough with your hands.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover the cake with a food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
The dough rose well, like a cloud 👌.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Lubricate the surface with oil.
Sprinkle the dough with sugar.
Roll up.
Secure the edges.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Fold the edges of the dough as I did.
Make the cut without cutting it all the way through.
Form the buns.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush them with egg mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 20-25 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool slightly.
The buns turned out soft, delicate and incredibly tasty!
