The sequence of Asana we practice in Evening Yoga flow :
Routine: Wind down and relax with a calming yoga flow to prepare for a restful night's sleep.

Warrior 1 with left leg forward
Warrior 2
Parsvakonasana with right hand up
Plank

Parsvakonasana with left hand up

Lie Down on your stomach resting your forehead on the mat and take a short break
Bow pose
Lie down on your back
Ardha Pawanmuktasana Hug your right knee to your chest nostril touching your right knee
Ardha Pawanmuktasana Hug your left knee to your chest nostril touching your left knee
Pawanmuktasana Hug your knee to your chest
Boat pose with right leg 30 degree
Boat pose with left leg 30 degree
Short break
Bridge pose
Laying down in butterfly pose belly breathing
Spinal twist twisting body on right side
Spinal twist twisting body on left side
Corpse pose (Savasana)
