Towyn (Welsh: Tywyn), is a seaside resort in the County Borough of Conwy, Wales. It is also an electoral ward to the town and county councils. It is located between Rhyl, in Denbighshire, and Abergele in Conwy. The principal economic activity in Towyn is tourism, concentrated in the summer season. A mix of static caravans and touring caravan pitches provides accommodation.
I walked along the Towyn Road after easing of COVID-19 lockdown. It is nice to see so many people along the street enjoying over 4 weeks of lockdown. Shops are also busy. Lots of children are at the fun park.
