I did 21 days of fasting but I used to eat in the evening , now you have challenged me i think with help of holy spirit i will try 3days fast with water only.

Hey dear. This was so inspiring thanks. Next time don’t break the fast with porridge or eggs. They are still heavy for your gut. Just do potatoes that are mashed almost porridge looking and veggies as you build up. If you can get Arch. Bishop Harrison Ng’ang’a’s book on fasting. Very insightful. It highlights on different days of fasting and how to break them. Very insightful and humorous as well. Otherwise I love what you are doing. ❤❤❤❤
