To avoid egg yolks turning black Maintain them yellow, bring your eggs to a boil for only 3 minutes. Switch off the heat, cover the pot for 25 minutes at most. Drain off the hot water, you'll never turn back to dark yolks

One question I have about the air fryer is have you found a good way to clean the basket? Because I have one like yours and my sponges always end up getting shredded 😅 again, awesome content!

This was so helpful. Kumbe I don't have to buy a separate rice cooker. I hardly use my pressure cooker anymore coz it's so messy. Love that the instant pot can slow cook and also pressure cook. Definitely getting it. Time to save those coins.

Hi Suzy, the topic of nutrition is something that interests me much. I've learnt that flaxseed should be at least partially crushed in order for the oils, nutrients to be released and so can be absorbed in our digestive system otherwise untrusted, they wholly passed through and out of digestive system, meaning that our intestines aren't strong enough to crush them open. Hopefully this information helps. Big up, sis.!👍🤗

The Instant Pot has been the game changer for me, as I can safely use the pressure cooker function. Like you, I use a wooden spoon to switch the valve to venting ☺️. Your air fryer is a lot more practical for the size of your family.

32:15 I normally let the cooker sit for like 10 minutes after time is up before I vent. The longer you wait the lesser pressuer comes out, the lesser you are in danger.
