Just for some clarification: The Freddie Mercury one is a bit hazy. Last words he said to his fans were: “I still love you.” Last words he said to his assistants were: “Thank you,” as he proceeded to give them what would be 1.2 million dollars in todays money each. His final last words of “Pee Pee,” apparently may be untrue. Freddie had a sense of humor, which is why when he wanted to be escorted to the bathroom he would say Pee Pee in a child’s voice. The person in the room with him during his death was one of his body guards, Jim Hutton, who later on wrote about his time with Mercury in a novel. It could have just been changed for storytelling. We have no way of knowing really.

I met Huggbees at a restaurant once - we’d accidentally been given his table. Apparently he was fond of the restaurant and had a specific table he liked, and the management had messed up and gotten their days wrong, (it was Tuesday and they thought he was coming on Thursday or something like that). Anyway, the manager, completely embarrassed (this is a pretty nice restaurant) comes by and says “I’m so sorry, but we’d like to move you to another table if you could be troubled, and we’ll gladly compensate you for the cost of the meal and any other meal you’d like while you’re in town.” My sister and cousin were both like “Yeah that’s cool.” and I kind of played the asshole a bit. “I’m sorry, I just don’t understand. We’ve been here for 15 minutes - we’ve just ordered. Can’t we finish our meal here?” Then out of nowhere Huggbees shows up next to the manager and says “Paul, these guys can finish. We’ll be at the bar. I got some time.” And I (being a big How It's Actually Made fan) said “Oh wow, uh… I had no idea. Please feel free to give them the table.” Huggbees was grateful, shook my hand and said thanks, then gave me a card with his number on it and told me to give him a call later. After working up the nerve, I gave him a call that night, and to make a long story short, we had a glorious 11 month love affair, man on man, that I shall never forget. Our bodies intertwined as one, and from the beauty of Frankfurt, to Shanghai, to the snorkeling in Boracay, Huggbees and I made glorious gay love to each other on six of the seven continents.

6:00 i actually know the whole story of this guy. The reason he refused to plead guilty or not guilty wasn't to stall the trial, he knew as soon as he was arrested that he was going to die, but he had children at home and a large plot of land for farming. The way the law worked in this area at this time, if you were found guilty of witchcraft the local government took your property aka your children would not be allowed to inherit it. So by refusing to plead and getting pressed to death he avoided the trial and so was never officially sentenced and the government was not able to seize his property from his children. Edit, oh you talked about this... welp....

apparently at some point the practice of taking people outside and beating them if they didn't submit a plea existed.
