So a little tidbit I read in the Japanese Q&A section in either the last or second to last fan book- the goddess of separation’s blessing, although often prayed for by people trying to separate/divorce is also received by people trying to separate themselves from their father/mother/families to become more independent grown-up people. The author states that this second case is more why damuel got the blessing of separation because he was trying to unburden his brother from his costly mistake, and realizing he needed to grow up and take responsibility after all his other mistakes/ways of thinking. But, unfortunately due to timing and Rozemain’s own thoughts it was misinterpreted that he received that blessing due to the break up with Brigitte and bad luck in love.
That last scene where you erased Sigisbald's face was so fast that i just had to do a double take!! Hahahahha

As good as Angelica+Eckhard ship is, Lieseleta may found similar family supporting Rosemyne+Ferdinand arch-ducal couple with Justus, instead of Knights focusing on Attendants with small incline on Scholars (Since Lieseleta took medic course and Justus seconded scholar course).

I think it could be possible for her to marry Sergius! He is an attendant of her Lady's future spouse, their age gap is not thaaat big and it could also help abridge the gaps between Rozemyne's entourage and FishLand nobles (more particularly whatever remained of poor Leti's faction)

Well compared to the love match that would have been Damuel and Brigitte and the wild ups and downs the relative stability might seem boring, but I think that's probably the way Brigitte likes it.
I am shipping Damuel and Philine so much....I hope Philine can get through that brickhead of a Damuel once she comes of age...Or else she might need to sharpen a knife....

Yeah, I totally agree. It really cemented the fact that nobles do rarely get to marry for love and even if the chance arises it can be very difficult to get the marriage.

If Damuel marries Philine, it would be he marrying into her house, that is to say that he will be Philine's 1st husband... Men who marry into their wives family can't have more wives, they can still have mistresses/concubines though... But I cant see Damuel being the type of guy to do that.
