I met Ed at the hospital here in St. George on 8/20/22. He was just leaving and I rode the elevator down with him. What a great guy! Super friendly!

I know we don't see every recovery or every interaction, but I love the way no one complains about having to 'go to work,' or complaining about the heat or having to work in it. All y'all are good people and I like being able to support you by watching!

It seems like they have a fantastic work environment so if I was there I wouldn’t complain either. It’s more of a family instead of just a worker. And how the boss actually cares and interacts with his people makes it even better

@@NeoMK They would definitely not disagree on using safety ties, but definitely would on regulars. Do you know what a safety tie is? It is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't cause you to choke if the tie get's tangled on something or someone pulls from it. Rather, it gets ripped off your neck. Exactly the same as safety lanyards.

I've been watching your channel for a while now, and I've seen the heart of God in every detail of the work you and your crew does. From the mechanical engineering to the brut strength of enduring great physical activity in the heat, snow, rain. Jesus also specializes is in pulling folks out of situations they didn't mean to get themselves into, but He rescues us none the less so we can get back on the road. Thanks for the content my friend. It is changing lives far beyond the ones who find themselves in sticky situations on your show! Far more than a tow truck gig. The 1.24 million subscribers says all.

Looking good Matt! I just put a new rear bumper for recovery on my XJ. Went out to the dunes with a buddy, he got his 6200lb rubicon buried pretty good...so I thought "by golly" this is a job for the 7/8x 30ft kinetic rope i just bought. However, if you ever notice when they use the rope its in a progressive manner, meaning they start with a lil tug and keep moving on up from there. Well... I got a lil head of myself, so when it didn't come out on the first go, I decided lets give it the full 30ft pull!! Rear bumper along with grade 8 bolts peeled right off the XJ like a 2 week old band-aid..... Time to plate up some steel reinforcement on the rear frame...smh

@@byron7843 Pretty sure he still has the deal with Yankum Ropes, but he also has one with Harbor Freight. I think before, part of the issue was that his winch wasn't permanently installed, and was a hassle to put on, connect, and use. Now that he has them mounted in all his rigs, he's more likely to use them when appropriate. He still uses the kinetic rope as well...

That is how they are held in place on the assembly line. Usually they aren't stout enough for a tow.

Wow! I never catch these videos this early. There was only like 10 views when I jumped on. You guys make great videos. I can say this with authority, because I’ve BingeWatch too much KZread. I love the recovery, and the chemistry between all the people on the variety of things going on. Great job!

Might be hip dysplasia, my puppies had it and on occasion kept one rear leg held up, it is premature arthritis. Treatable by giving a little NSAID pain reliever and anti-flammatory (Dog Advil) and the treat long term by adding glucosamine into the diet. After a month of glucosamine syrup added to their food (people food only, dog food kills dogs dead) they weren't limping anymore at all, let alone skipping on 3..

Just to be clear, we're at church every Sunday and are super-involved. However, our church of about 3,000-4,000 people is pretty informal. The only guy that proudly wears a tie every Sunday is my father-in-law! 😀
