The search anything option was enough to blow me away. It's magical.

Phoenix navy should be good to since reload on it is like 10s. Also worth noting is these things shows up on the in game map so the more you run them the more visible they will be for hostiles to come to greet you with free ammo. I use dread guristas shield booster since it reps more = fewer cycles, and a smart bomb for the very close rat.

Did discount the killmail later? It's easy target, ppl can literally see on the f9 map. It's easy for horde to do bc no enemy is close enough. But impossible for other alliances who have enemys at their door

Wormholes exist a d whaling fleets exist. Horde loses a super regularly and dreads die between 30 sec and a minute to a competent group. Your only chance to survive is with a giga passive capless tank supercarrier with a fax alt logged out to land next to you when it is logged on and an alt in a cyno cloaked up on grid to bring in the standing fleet for defense. No active cap modules because they will cap you out in less than 30 seconds and those Gucci x types are useless when they donot run.

Does the crab beacon also spawn loot too? I thought they did.

Honestly, having a friend doing this while leaving behind salvage for me to take is an EVE friend goal. Who knows the salvage might hold something good :)

@@alanwatts8239 That's a great description of most things in EVE, boring as hell but you can make good isk/hr.

Could swap missile range for 2nd precision script in targeting computer; you only need the range when dealing with a far out orbiting rat. But get the general point: it tedious, potentially dangerous and not that lucrative …

Hey what implants do you recommend with the pheonix? I'm close to running that fit myself given 40 days or so

beacons are 1 time use things, but the cost of them is well worth it if you can run them

Exactly this, you have to be a part of a big null bloc and have the skills to do it in a capital.

Even in horde dreads have less than 50% save rate to a competent group. One delay or mistake the dread is done

@@williamnicholson8133 50% ???, if you get caught in a dread you are as good as dead, even in big null group like horde or goons. you die in matter of seconds in a dread so no one can save you , the only perk for being in big null group is because they have SRP program which if applied will give you the dread hull back if you lost it

carriers seem like they would actually be good for these no? dps should be sufficient enough, and you dont have to worry about siege locking you down

Would need a fair bit of reps ore massive tank these rats do hit hard, when i played with them early on i saw over 9k damage hits, could have been tuned but seems Rorquals are often used as well.

@@BanControl except that it could be multiple rats doing that much damage A carrier doesn't have the repairs, buffer and resists of a dreadnought, and they can target your fighters A supercarrier works better than a carrier when it comes to clearing the sites

Carriers might not have enough tank to withstand all of the hits Some rats have over 20k buffer too, a carrier would take a while + fighters could be targeted + weaker tank

no carrier can do this, no matter how blinged. SupCarriers on the other hand are perfect - no matter how big a redeemer fleet, they can never pop you before your umbrella answers.

~93m Jita buy. I’m not a fan of the thing, poorly thought out. The bounties make up for the beacon cost if your BRM is decent. But still it’s boring AF

@@JAKEL33T While it is boring, it seems to be the most straight forward way of making 1bill/hr. (not counting expenses) but doing it for an hour for 4-5 days, pays for the dread, the fit, and expenses. So I mean it seems worth it to me.
