Let's call Evans a V.I.P. because he is being treated like -a Very Important Prisoner! Look at all the money spent on security alone! Let's thank God that justice is not determined only by looks alone because looking at this guy Evans, it is very hard for anyone to believe that this same guy committed all these serious and egregious crimes of kidnapping against innocent people. Death sentence for those people involving in kidnapping IF their victims should die in their custody. b. Life imprisonment for those people who involve in kidnapping activities IF their victims do not die in their custody. Since the charges against the notorious kidnapper - Evans - does not bear 'murdered', he may get life imprisonment or leniency sentence of 20 years for pleading guilty at first appearance without delaying government time and effort. However, it is only the judge for now that can decide. God knows the best.
