All of his ex's came to his defense where as she assaulted her last partner in front of a cop. Does that mean he wasn't toxic NO but to imply they were equal I don't agree with that. She has a history of being manipulative and abusive. I believe Evan about Marilyn 100 percent though. She had photos non edited photos and there are a group of other women and witnesses that used to be his friend who came forward. Amber on the other hand lost a few of her "witnesses" after her audio tapes came out. Not to mention her story of SA was literally stolen from her former assistant who QUIT.

You all Cann look up what MM filed in the lawsuit. He included some of his evidence, even though he didn't have to for a complaint. Every lawtuber on youtube who covered it, evn thought who, when first hearing the accusations agaisnt MM were inclined to believe them more than not but are gonna keep and open mind and cover the lawsuit and trial if it goes that far, have said he has very strong evidence and a very strong case. Despite the high bar for defamation. Keep in mind MM is suing ERW and IG for defemation PER SE (along with other claims) and JD sued AH fo4 defemation PER QUAD. Also, check out ERW's actions during her divorce and custody battle. She is smarter than AH and a more talented actor, but no less dishonest, selfish, greedy, nefarious, and slimy. Even if you truly believe her based on OBJECTIVE evidence, not just her words and claims. The mere fact she is hood friends with Amber Heard and they publically support each other's claims agaisnt JD and MM should be more than enough for you to atkeast question her credibility and motives. What person, who truly survived being victimized by DV and SA would associate with and publically support AH? Someone who not only made up and lied about being A VICTIM OF DV AND SA at the hands of JD, turned out to be the actual abuser, and got us all to HELP HER VICTIMZE HER VICTIM EVEN MORE, after he got away from her. If ERW is telling the truth, why would she be friends with someone who LIED about being a victim of DV and SA for personal and financial gain and actually was the abuser in their relationship, and used this lie to destroy an innocent person. No survivor of DV and/or SA would do that. And no one try defending AH or try to minimize what she she did. Every single shred of OBJECTIVE evidence. Not only does not support her claims and her stories, but actually disproves what she says. And all that evidence, even her own that she submitted, proves SHE was a very severe abuser. Not believing and supporting these two women do not hurt victims of DV and SA. Ignoring the fact that there are women who make up accusations for personal gain, women who make up allegations to ruin someone, happens. And it is not as rare as people want to admit. It happens every day. What does damage victims of DV and SA, is NOT calling these women out and holding them accountable. The ability to be a victim or an abuser or perpetrator is NOT dependent on whether you have a penis or a vagina. Or how tall or big you are. How strong you are physically. How much you weigh. Women can and do abuse men. You can support and believe women sho say "this happened to me..." without publically accusing other people of crimes without evidence and without dishing out punishment before hearing all the objective evidence. In crimes such as DV and SA, which happens behind closed doors, a victim is not just a victim. They are also a witness. And credibility matters. The objective facts around the alleged crime get the heaviest weight BECAUSE humans lie. Humans interpret things they see and experience objectively incorrectly. Humans make mistakes. And if you want legal justice, you have to have evidence. And evidence comes in all forms. It doesn't have to be you have pictures of every injury. You captured on video the crime in progress. You reported the crime or tried to report it to police. You lived an experience and there is always evidence about your life. There's direct evidence. There is circumstantial evidence. There is evidences that requires some inference based on all the other facts involved. But there is ALWAYS evidence whether you collect it in real time or look back in hind sight. No one has to be "perfect" at being a victim. Your physical body is not the only evidence, and no 3rd party or recording device has to be in the room with you and catch the crime in the act. Defenation cases do not take your voice. And if someone harmed you, you NOT have to be afraid to speak about it, or accusé someone, or ask for help or protection. Defemation punishes people who LIE about being harmed by someone else. Also, i want to add, if you have been harmed by another person, YOUR SAFETY AND HEALING is more important than getting justice, than punishing someone, than finding someone to blame even. Or revenge. You don't need any of that to heal from what happened to you. And there is good reason we, as a society, should NOT punish people without evidence. Without looking at all the evidence and finding someone isnguilty beyond a reasonable doubt (or in civil cases, by a preponderance of the evidence) that an accused person did something and should be punished. Helping and protecting the victims is not the same road as finding and punishing the guilty. Both happen indépendant of each other (as in, the victim finding healing and peace and the guilty party being held accountable and/or punished).
