Eva had what so few do especially these last two decades. Class and a sense of humor.

Thanks for posting this is classic beauty and class all the way. I wish I were back! The Gabors were in a class all to themselves and were honest as can be. I wish I could hear accents like theirs again... Where is this in Hollywood it needs to come back!

I love Eva so very much.... I think she was a sweet, witty, and stunningly beautiful woman. I wish I could have met her; she died only a year after I was born. I love her on "Green Acres" (she stole the show) and I think she had impeccable class.

Eva was the idol of my youth. She became my idol when I first saw her on Green Acres. She was definitely one of the most beautiful and glamorous women in all of Hollywood. I even collect pictures of her; mainly from her Green Acres days. That was the period when she was at her most glamorous. Unfortunately, the Fourth of July marks the 20th anniversary of her going off to TV Heaven. Seems like only yesterday that my mother gave me the bad news. I was even crying on and off for two years over her.It took me five years to get over it initially. Then in June of 2012, Me TV brought back Green Acres as part of its Summer of Me program. Once again, I found myself where I was 15 years earlier; just crying on and off. I was just so depressed. I told my doctor about it, and she put me on Abilify and recommended group therapy. I am over it now. To me, Eva Gabor is not dead! She's alive today in spirit, and she's in a much better place. Every Fourth of July, I pause for 74 seconds of silence; one second for each year that she lived on this earth. This is how I commemorate the Fourth of July. To me, EVA GABOR STILL LIVES!

death is not natural. that is why we grieve so for our loved ones. i have always been a fan of Evas. classy gal. in Gods memory, she is just, 'asleep', in death. God promises to raise all in the memorial tombs back to life on planet earth, with the opportunity, as the Bible says, 'to live everlastingly, on a paradise earth where there will be no more sickness or death.' i miss her, Eddy Albert and so many other entertainers that were part of my childhood during better days. we have all lost loved ones. as Jesus said, "get a hold of the real life." his awaited promised kingdom will be the real life. when my dear young daughter in law died a tragic death, the minister gave a wonderful illustration .. he said that a Christians journey is like we are all on a passenger train with the same destination, paradise. some of us are in the cafe car, some of us in the lounge car and some of us are in the sleeping car. we can not see the ones in the sleeping car, but when the train arrives at the destination, paradise Earth, then again, we will see those that were in the sleeping (death) car. I thought that that was a beautiful illustration and gave me comfort. beautiful Eva is just sleeping and God will renew everyones health and beauty. I can not wait!!!!! I hope this gives some comfort to you.......Peace

I love Eva AND Zsa Zsa. Both very beautiful, smart witty women. I hope they are together again after Zsa Zsa just died last week.

The three sisters got married so many times. They were all so beautiful and all of them had that strange laugh :)

Eva was a rich socialite way before the wig company ( the wig company was just a time killer, it gave her something to do ) . Her father was a vey successeful jeweler in hungary. Thats where all the real money came from. Not wigs

Were you high when you wrote such utter bull shit. That "host" with "black" hair looked great in her natural hair. And hair styles of the 80's were FUNNY and BIG HAIR. Not good with the chemicals yet it was ART and FLARE. Yet Hair Styles during the mid-60's & 70's were also MEGA FUN!! NOW almost no one has style or fun in FASHION! Very BORING times in fashion & music. Times are actually DEPRESSING with no passion for FUN FASHIONS.

The fruits killed, it all started with a strawberry and it went down hill from there, she was the best.

She and her sisters were, I think, the first of the _People Who Are Famous For Being Famous_ without actually doing anything to be _Famous For._ The Kardashian's Mod 1. LOL. I did love seeing her on the Merv Griffon Shows.

Please don't insult the Gabors by likening them to the Kardashians. It's like comparing Dom Perignon to unrefrigerated Schlitz beer that's been sitting out for several days. And please don't insult them by suggesting that they were "famous for being famous without actually doing anything to be famous for"; it spreads a gross falsehood and makes you look ignorant in the bargain. Aside from their astounding beauty, elegance and continental charm they have MANY legitimate credits as actresses. Eva starred on Broadway and, of course, was the star/lead of one of the most beloved television series of all time, Green Acres, which ran for six seasons. Zsa Zsa in her younger days acted in films directed by John Ford, Vincente Minnelli and Orson Welles, three of the most famous and critically adored filmmakers of all times (and the films in which she appeared are regarded as among their finest). Eva also worked for Vincente Minnelli. She was fifth-billed in Gigi, a film considered to be among the greatest musicals of all time. If you are not aware of these accomplishments, you have some major catching up to do.

Classy, funny ladies... the Gabor sisters. I wonder what the older sister was like... I believe there were three girls in the family. BTW, those wigs are pretty cool, too. Would be fun to try one on....

One of the disadvantages of working with legacy material. You never know how the audio is going to turn out.

Watched a few interviews with Eva Gabor... She's nice but definitely prefer Zsa Zsa....

Back when women in their 70s didn't mind wearing heels if they so choose.

I was alive back then, about 22 years old. Not only did I not dress like that, I didnt know anyone that did, except for those on the television shows Dynasty and Knots Landing. I hope that gal with the Grace Jones looking hair kept that wig...
