To participate, a country needs to have one of their main broadcasters be a member of the EBU (European Broadcasting Union). KAN (Israel's broadcaster) is in the EBU, so they are allowed. Hypothetically, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria all could enter, and Morocco did once in 1980

Eurovision has ran its course.it is about time it was announced to make this the last one. It’s fitting it’s in Sweden home to the biggest Eurovision winners of all time.
