I'm Chilean-Spanish living in Brazil and I sent my SMS voting for Italy and I finished with tears of joy after their victory. Italy has been my favorite since Mahmood. Then Diodato (the best song that year), Måneskin last year and now "Brividi"... I'm an Italian fan cuz I like good music 🤌🏼 🤣

First of all thank you for supporting Måneskin so fervently. I’m not Italian, but I live in Tuscany and know the band since their first album. After Sanremo I really thought there’s a chance of winning but we all know how usually things go with Italy on Eurosong, so..not the highest hopes really. But after watching videos of some vloggers, specially from UK, like yours and eurovoxx (and thank you for introducing RAJC in one of your videos, it was such a great discovery)I kinda felt the momentum was on Måneskin’s side. After the last night I’m almost happy the jury snubbed again Italy, cause when the public vote kicked in it was just incredible. Watching your reaction and of your colleagues (golden moments, really) one is almost incredulous of how music can unify people. The best thing ever!

I agree about the format there was no other Eurovision voting system that would have made last year so dramatic than the present one. The order form lowest public scorer first would have been dramatic but very much a lull until the end, the one up to 2015 would have focused up from the top which wouldn’t have been as exciting as this one as it was pure drama and shocks from start to finish! Especially since it was dubbed “Eurovision’s comeback” after the enforced hiatus in 2020 the drama of the results proved how much it was missed in 2020

Brutal sequence televote this year. So happy for Italy!

Really happy that the first two countries sing in their own languages, is what Eurovision should be. Also i liked a lot Ukraine and Russia, not only for the music but for that same reason, they used their language. What's the matter to sing in english if you're Portuguese, Finnish or whatever?

In defense of Portugal,this was our very first and so far the only song in english,every single other time we sang in portuguese,only winning once,also in portuguese,so let us at least finally have one song in english aswell,it doesn't hurt our track record,doesn't hurt the contest and let's be real Portugal's entry this year was also really freaking well made,even considering the language used. so yeah just wanting to say that in,you can complain about the other countries that have used for far more times than just one,but you most definitely cannot complain about Portugal as it was our first time and every other time we did in portuguese.

Thanks so much for the support! Thanks to the people from home, if it had been for the juries Italy would have finished second this year as well as the previous one, because almost all the juries gave 12 points to France, so by now if it had been for them we would be dying of boredom listening Voilà voilà voilà! I want to say then that the juries are very stupid because by voting between them if they had won France as they hoped (they also tried to disqualify the Maneskins after the victory for the groundless accusation of a French journalist) Eurovision not the would have considered anyone, while having won the Maneskin is also arousing the interest of North America who appreciate this band but have always snubbed Eurovision. So thanks Maneskin, at least we all have fun, at all latitudes listening to good music! And maybe next year even the USA and Canada will look at the event with great benefit for Europe!

The UK, Germany,The Netherlands and Spain will form next year a new rockband The Zeros :-). Your emotional reaction when Italy won was beautiful. I heared Graham Norton say in the beginning : the points are low low low but hey this is The Netherlands which means Low countries. The points were like the Dutch landscape. If you drive from Rotterdam to Maastricht in the south of the country it is from -5 metres below sea level up to + 320 metres lol. I am so proud of the Dutch organisation and the broadcasters NPO, NOS and AVROTROS and the EBU. Also the Dutch audience were incredible they cheered for every country and waved their flags. It were three fantastic shows. Eurovision Song Contest will never die ! Hope UK will stay in just like Germany and Spain. I think they should skip the big 5 being directly in the final. It is a strange preferential. It is the same to give athletes a lead of 100 metres when they pay. Most televoters hear those songs for the first time and the participants maybe are more nervous at their first performance. And France then ? It is the only first time they score so high in years.
