Hear is a fact that you, and the military has to consider... It cost about six times the amount of money, to shoot down a missile that is heading for your warship/plane/base, as it cost to build and shoot the missile that you need to bring down. If buying small arms, that if we are honest has next to no impact on your forces capability, from an ally means that you can allocate money to make cheaper counter measures, then how cares if the French army is equip with German produced guns, or French or Belgium or American for that matter?

The cables aren't in the way as the turets are remote controled. For the weigth arguments.......well it's not that heavier compared to the maned version, + the operator is slightly more protected inside. For the battery i currently don't know, but with a thermal engine there's still the possibility of using a power generator.

Actually the soldiers never use the FELIN optics, it's too heavy, at best the batteries last for 3 hours, it's full of useless features like taking photos. Too many cables and stuff. The only good thing is the new radio system which is perfect. The FELIN program goal was to provide better capabilities in the urban fighting scenario, while in fact it reduced mobility and added weight to the soldier. They only use the holographic sights provided in the package now and the last version of the FAMAS is primarly given to officers, FAMAS is also being replaced by the HK 416 F (A5 version).

Il y a des HK 416, 417 et des SCAR sûrement parce que ce sont les forces spéciales. Quoique les HK 416 et 417 vont petit à petit intégrer les rangs vu que l'on se débarrasse du FAMAS.

China and the US are far Stronger than russian then in comes to military. Other larger countries like india for example could also not attacked by russia cause of its sheer size of population and army. Even France, south korea, Germany, brazil, turkey, japan and Great Britain would be hard or even unpossible to quenqer by russia. They have weaker armies than russia but ther armys still capable enough to block an attack. To attack countries that are far Away from you, you Need a capable Navy and a capable fleet of Transport planes. These are both some Points russia have some issues. The russian Navy operates only a Single aircraft carrier which was designet in ukraine then the soviet Union was still exit. And These carrier is extremely outdated. Same goes for many of their Transport aircrafts. For sure russia is a milltaŕy power house, but anyway the russian army lacks seriously on logostic platforms to attack countries far Away from their own border.
