It is very simple, do not start an illegal war of aggression against another country and your assets will be safe. Why are you trying to muddy the water here, Russias illegal war is an atrocity of a scale not seen since WW2. Russia is so objectively in the wrong here. No matter what your views on the "West" are, Ukraine is an innocent country.

Russia has to pay for all of the buildings they destroyed in Ukraine and they owe money to all of the refugees who fled to Europe and they owe NATO for all of the weapons that NATO is giving to Ukraine. It is not Russia's money until Russia has paid all of their debts for the damage they have caused.

The indications are India would be the next target. As India has a large number of internal parasites, it wouldn't be difficult.
