Honestly the low-quality highlights are hilarious

For us, Georgians, qualifying for euros was already the win we were looking for. Everything past that would be a bonus. We went in with zero expectations and only to gain, be it points or experience. You should've seen what was happening on the streets when we won against Portugal last night and advanced, the whole night there was nonstop chanting and fireworks from apartments, every car honking and people walking with brightest smiles. It felt like we won world cup or something. Well deserved rematch with Spain. Last time we lost 7-1 to them. odds of us going through them is low, but I am damn sure our boys will leave nothing on the pitch and that perfectly embodies spirit of our football.

as a slovenian, these euros have been absolute bliss for the whole nation! although many call our games boring, to us, each moment has us on the edge of our seat, especially because many of my generation have never even experienced our national team at a major tournament, not to mention how beautiful our play becomes at times. Whatever happens in the round of 16 vs portugal, this team has already done more than enough to rekindle our love for football and i cant wait to see how the team will grow in the next 4 years!

That Czechia-Turkey game was a disasterclass from the referee, but especially the one foul you described as "basically nothing" should've actually been a straight red instead of a yellow. At first glance, it looked like nothing , but in a replay it was clear it was a studs-up tackle on the ankle

I gotta say that the referee in the Czechia vs Turkey was one of the worst refereeing performances I've ever witnessed. Well you literally couldnt care less about the outcome of the game. No matter the result you are going from 1st place because you won against Turkey so it was a match of team who doesnt care vs team that has nothing to lose.

I swear, the only teams that don't look like ass are Germany, Spain and Austria. Every other team was a bore or garbage. France and England will still somehow find a way to the semis with that terror they call football and Portugal is absolutely worthless and their cancerous level of play will probably be snuffed next round

That last second goal in the Italy game was unbelievable. Went from devastation to elation in seconds.
