Thanks for the review, Gail. I bought it from you guys and received it last week. Such a contrast between the screaming Baratza Encore and the Eureka Silenzio!!! It's like going from a metal grinding mill to a Buddhist Temple -- ah the quiet is sooo appreciated. While the silence part certainly got my attention, it was the Silenzio's ability to grind from near-Turkish fine grind to coarse French Press sized grinds; both features made it a no-brainer for pulling the trigger on the Silenzio. So, right after I received the Silenzio from SCG, the Baratza Encore was sent packing back to Amazon for a timely refund. Yes, I am a happy camper. And BTW, you guys had the best price. Thanks!

Can you do a comparison of all these new eureka grinders? I just got an atom and i'd be interested to see how it compares.

Thanks for the video. How would your compare this grinder with Fiorenzato F4 or Simonelli MCI\MCF?

Hi Gail! At what setting did you grind the beans for the espresso for? You said it’s as fine as you were willing to go.

Hi coffee lovers. Can anyone answer this question: is it possible to bring the burrs together so that they are touching, resulting in damage when the grinder is switched on?

Could you compare the eureka mignon lineup? Also, is there a difference between MK2 and the original Eureka mignon? =]

Seems to be quieter than plain Mignon. Would love to see how sound of them compares.

Love the videos. Can you please do a review of the Mignon Brew Pro. It has "brew specific" 55mm specific burs. It would be interesting to see how it compares to the Baratza Forte BG.

For espresso enthusiasts it feels like a downgrade. I have the Mignon mk2 and it can go from talc Turkish to fine drip - grinds consistently from Turkish to espresso. The clumps were a great indication that you were in the espresso region - now it's gone. I don't mind the sound - but yeah, it's a little loud.

nice grinder, Gail brushed past the inportant grinder settings . very hard to deal with. I would never sell this to customers or make sure they know about the settings . I just prechessed one. my coffee guy don't sell them . Also I've always got some coffee too try out Profit must cut in this company's style. Never again . I asked many questions never a answer . she's always saying leave a comment funny . if you want to fiddle around with grind settings Buy it from someone else most places will toss in coffee as a warm thank you and not run to the bank to pad the account
