LOL!!! Vocal sight reading is too easy for him, as he is a Pro level Classical Pianist. some people may not know this, but reading Piano notation is more difficult because you have to read 2 lines of notes at the same time.

As a pianist trained classically, I agree However, what he needs to read here is just the highest note aka the melody since human can't sing 2 notes at the same time Nevertheless, his improvisation and sight-reading is really good, I am in awed

@@tootall4456 Yes, but he was sight-reading the notes and the lyrics! Which I personally find harder than piano-notes. (Partly because voices are not tuned as other instruments, but also cause notes and lyrics are almost two different "languages"). What Eunkwang does here is something you do in a choir BUT not in one single go! You usually check it out beforehand, probably practice it a couple of times depending on the difficulty (I mean this song has a very high key for starters). This is why I find what Eunkwang is doing here very impressive!

I kept wondering what was missing in Pink Venom (Blackpink) because I couldn't get into the song, turns out it was the way they used their voices for the chorus and the somewhat empty instrumental. ONEUS rearranged it for their cover and I really liked it! Sometimes an artist has a vision to put their touch into a song and that's really all it needs! Same reason I like ONEWE's cover of DNA that they did for GSI.

I feel you! Violin is one of those instruments were it’s hard to sight-read in tho you have to be a very fast reader in general, but it is similar to sight-read singing, like you do in choir. I did both for 5-6 years as well as piano and it was super hard to sight-read!! But even my teachers couldn’t sight-read without checking a few parts beforehand! What Eunkwang did here, without knowing the song at all, is truly master level!🙌

Just so y'all know, I may regularly go on karaoke with my friends when we hangout but I would never go on a karaoke with BTOB even if I won the ticket as their fan. I would be too embarass of my own voice around BTOB's singing standard 😂 That's how vocally talented they are
