Hi, will this product fit a door that is 1 3/4 thick?

There is two pin ports on back of the lock lever. One we attach front panel, what is other pin port? As i dont see any details about that?

I believe with iphone ,yes

My only issue with eufy locks is they don't actually know if the door is open or closed. I think they use a g sensor to sense the shock when u shut the door. I prefer the external magnet to actually tell the lock if the door is closed or open.

Is there Auto Unlock as you approach door or is that another model?

I noticed that today when I installed mine. I can see finger prints on just the numbers I use and that is concerning. That said unlocking/locking the door can be done on you’re phone instead of punching in the code providing your phone is with you.

Did you pre drill any of the holes like the interior back plate?

I have the same problem. The new batteries lasted for 2-3hrs. I replaced with my new batteries and still only lasted prob 4-5hrs. Im going to return it

Can you snooze the lock meaning if you are going to be in and out of the house like if you are cooking on the grill can you prevent the lock from locking until you are ready for it to lock again? Also my doorknob has a lock on it. Should I replace that with a door knob with no lock. Does it come with a rubber seal to use on the keypad to prevent water from getting inside the lock?

You can turn off the auto lock feature in the app while you are grilling and turn it back on when you are done. There is a rubber gasket that is attached behind the keypad and it has sealed well to my door. As far as door knob I would get one without a lock or never use the lock on it because at that point you are still going to have to manually lock the door knob so getting a smart lock with the features probably wouldn’t benefit you.

@@patrickhill6812 thank you for your response. Yea I will just switch out my door knob with one with no lock. I ordered the smart lock on Amazon prime day and got a good deal on one.

A problem if anyone can help..trying to rest when change batteries but the bip to pair again is not coming, so im not able to re-pair again or reset..what can i do??

@@TheJabberTech Sorry for the late reply, but have you been at all concerned with how easy it is to rake open this lock as seen on LPL? I have two of these and only installed one so far. I'm a little concerned and even debating on keeping either of them. Then again, the old adage is, locks only keep honest people out.

Does it auto lock when u enter and shut door and when u exit?

Checked. V can set it to autolock. Wish it had a sensor on the side to detect if v leave door open as the bolt pops out if door left open for a while

Good video, but could slow down a bit and show close up of the installation for beginners.

There is no sensor to verify if it's actually closed. It's based on the position of the deadbolt

But this isn’t a retrofit though… unless my understanding of retrofit is off
