Those immigrant workers in the NHS would be here regardless of mass uncontrolled immigration through work visa or schemes to attract immigrant workers from abroad. What the uncontrolled factor brings us is unlimited amounts of riff-raff, benefit scroungers, beggars, gypsies, criminals, low-income workers that need subsidising etc etc

Errrr naw - see all the people sitting in shanty towns in Calais? The moment you vote to leave the French will treat them like any other travelling person - you got a ticket then on the ferry to England you go. Kent will be dotted with shanty towns within a year.

That's the kind of bullshit answer I'd expect from the leave lot - Bottom line France will open the flood gates and you'll need to process them in Kent. Why would the French have them on their soil? You'll also have to sign up to free moment of people anyway to keep trading with the EU so you'll gain nothing my leaving.

Do you even have a fucking brain? Why would the French do that? Let me guess.. you've read an article from a French Minister and his scare story.. Even if they did do that it would not make any different. We are not in the Schengen area and we require passports to be processed before anyone can arrive here.. In your mind what do you envisage happening? The French giving them all passports and train/ferry tickets?

Alex Salmond doesn't seem to understand that we all agree immigration is a brilliant thing, We all agree that those who have come have contributed greatly but that we on the leave side want to control numbers and give equal access for everyone not that we on the leave side are anti-immigration.

You explained that there are people in England that don't like forced immigration. But you didn't explain why you wanted to move people into Scotland. Is it to make a profit out of them? If not, why not just leave them where they are and allow Scotland's population to decrease until it increases naturally, i.e. without performing a social experiment on innocent members of the public? Forced immigration is unnatural; it doesn't just affect the unsuspecting natives; it also affects the lured immigrants.

Regardless of what opinion you have, Alex Salmond is a fantastic public speaker and debater. He speaks with such confidence and ease. That being said, I completely agree with him. As a Scot who voted YES for Scottish independence, I do actually see the logic and benefit of a remain vote. I know there are others who feel different. He made a fantastic point about the need for immigration in Scotland and how this government does not actually demonstrate the welcoming to commonwealth citizens with something to offer such as the Brain family as much as they would have you think. If the UK leaves the EU and immigration plummets then Scotland could suffer for it. Some people may feel that I am being to inward and insular by thinking of the needs of Scotland in the remain vote but then again those same people may well be leave voters thinking of their perceptions of the needs of the UK.

Salmond is an embarrassment to Scotland. Once again, he has problems accepting the will of the majority. Was quite happy for Scotland only to vote on Scottish independence - which is fair - but then wants to respect the view of Scotland only for the Euro referendum. Can't have it both ways Salmond! 46.75% of the Scottish electorate voted "No" to independence and only 41.54% of the Scottish electorate voted to remain in Europe. If there is to be a 2nd referendum on Scottish independence then it should be open to the whole of Britain.
