I didn’t even know Amazon hand made existed!!! Thank you!
Etsy and Amazon are good because they have built-in traffic that will bring sales to your shop. With Shopify, you have to do the work to bring the people to you. Etsy is a great place to start
Thank you, i am trying amazon handmade after being on etsy for just under a year, and i am pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. nicely done. Suggestion: maybe have your logo in your background while you do your video. wink wink.
Great video and content. I love the simplicity of it.
Great video love your honesty. Thank you
Thanks for the info, I am just starting out selling online and this gave me some much needed inside information. I really appreciate it. Good luck in your endeavors. : )

Good stuff.

Thank you ❤️
I just found your channel, is their a minimum requirement of inventory to be made in order for Amazon to o sell via FBA? Thank you
Thanks sugar
Thanks Charmeas. Great video. Does Etsy apply our keywords right away or after a delay?
Lmfaoo this video was so relatable ty!!
Can we sell handmade products on amazon with regular Amazon seller account. And can we mention handmade in product title
I hear you it’s intimidating on Amazon handmade. Are you able to do a video on how to send products to Amazon fba.
This was very helpful because I'm ready to stop. I'm A crocheter and jumped into getting a business license then opening an Etsy shop and haven't sold anything since June. I'll stick with Etsy for now until I get more money then I'll look into shopify. Amazon handmade sounds good. So frustrating when you don't know all of the social media platforms ugh! Thanks for sharing and I did subscribe :)

Hello! I am new to Amazon Handmade. Just got approved and I wanted to try Amazon FBA. Do you happen to know what happens to your returns when a customer returns them to Amazon. Do you receive those back or does Amazon repackage the item and ship them back out when they are ordered again? Thanks in advance!
I’m also wondering how you keep up with product buy out if you have the same listings on different sites
@charmedhandmade

There are apps that can track inventory for you across different sales channels but I’m cheap lol so with amazon, I do FBA so I just send all the inventory to their warehouses. For my website and Etsy, I split it. So since my Etsy is more popular, I allocate 2/3 of my inventory to Etsy and 1/3 to my website
This might be a silly idea, but what about something like Offer Up or Craig's list?
What are your thoughts on Wix?
Thank you mamacita buena!
Thank you so much for this info. I am excited that you re only a hop skip and Jump away from me lol! I am in Spartanburg County. I have a question. I went to check out your website and it takes me to Etsy once I am ready to start shopping. Can you tell me the upside to doing this? I was going to start on Etsy then Shopify. However, I never thought to link it over to Etsy. Customers buying off my website, I can avoid the 8% fees from Etsy . Will you please provide me the insight as to why it would be good to link the Shopify over to Etsy?
@charmedhandmade
3 жыл бұрын
Yes, Spartanburg is only like 30 minutes away from me haha. I originally had my website and my Etsy separate when I recorded this video but I knew that when the holidays hit, I was not going to want to handle both so I pointed my website towards Etsy temporarily until I could get a good system going for both. If I had a lot of traffic to my website, I would definitely separate them again to avoid the fees but as it stands, Etsy is bringing me soooo many customers that I'm just going to keep it as my primary for now.

@@charmedhandmade Thank you so much for the feed back! If you don''t mind will you provide some pointers as to how to get traffic to your Etsy shop? If you have a video on it, lead me to it please? I really appreciate you and I am loving your channel!

I'll be making one soon, but I'd definitely focus on SEO and listing photography
You obviously don't need to, but have you tried the Amazon integration with Shopify using an Amazon seller account? Not sure if the homemade would be an option too i'm guessing it would be. But it's suppose to link to your Shopify account. Obviously having it on FBA seems great since they do the shipping.
@charmedhandmade

I have not tried that but I’ll definitely look into it

@@charmedhandmade It's definitely something I want to do when I decide to sell my products on Amazon. Since it connects with Shopify I assume it will work just like as if someone shopped on your website, but you'll be making less due to the 15% referral fee. But since you're sending it out you can add a card with your biz info, and a discount or something to encourage someone to shop on your site next time. I've heard Amazon doesn't like that for FBA, but I don't know their rules for FBA. lol
Thanks for this video Charmeas, it was very informative. When you're starting out, would you suggest opening up both an Etsy and Amazon Handmade shop OR just to pick one?
@charmedhandmade

I would suggest just choosing one until you get the hang of having an online handmade business

This is great! Thank you! How long does it take to set up the Etsy vs Amazon? And which one is more beginner user friendly in terms of set up
@charmedhandmade
3 жыл бұрын
It really depends on how many products you have. It took me less than an hour with each. And I would say Etsy is much more beginner friendly, especially because there's no application for startup

Charmeas Edris - Charmed DIY Thank You!
In India Etsy Pause New Shop registration from November 23 til now no update when they resume, i spent my all money for making handmade products for Etsy but suddenly they pause registration😢 i don't know what i do....i move to eBay but in 5 months only 10 sale..same product from other sellers on Etsy perform very well generate good revenue...what i do please tell me... I applied for amazon handmade yesterday..did amazon handmade Worth
Can you please help me out to open my etsy shop?
I love eBay but they ruined it by requiring sellers to add social security and bank informative in order to sell anything
Do you ever use Amazon FBA to fulfill your Etsy/Shopify orders?

I have not tried that
So you made your website with shopify?
@charmedhandmade

My first website was Shopify but the current one is wix
amazon fba is the most expensive
I can't find "amazon handmade" I only see Amazon seller"
If I’m not mistaken, the fees on any platform you are selling on may be a tax deduction(???). I’m in Tx, so I believe they are so even tho you may pay more thru Etsy, you’ll be able to deduct them at the end of the year. I could be totally wrong about this, but it would stand to reason that they are. Something to ask your CPA about.

5:33 that’s why I say to get business cards. Every-time you ship, ship your business card out !! that way, they could actually identify you !! I hate that !! That no brand recognition needs to stop. Large companies are so selfish
4:20 🤪 so add the shipping price to the regular price then genius !! Then call it free shipping.
