Hi Ryan - @5:00 or so...when you tell us you can modify the address on a Printful order before it is fulfilled....do you know if you can do this on Printify? Or once the order reaches them...that's it...can't change size, color, address and so on like Printful?? Appreciate all the helpful info in the videos as always...I like the specific details your giving that no one else does!! 😍😍

I just opened my store I have 4 listing until now. I don't accept returns or cancellation is this a problem could this effect my sales?

Thank you! I just made got my first order and then I was freaking out for a sec because it didn't show up in my Printful account and I was like, "am I supposed to do anything???" So I decided to search for the answer on YT and found your video!! So helpful! By the time I finished your video, the order had shown up in Printful just like you said it would. I honestly just kinda plug and play with google analytics, I know it can be configured to track events, ive done this before but typically I use something like a Facebook pixels for tracking conversions, it's something I too need to learn more about

How do you handle returns and exchanges Ryan? For an exchange, do you have the buyer return the item to you and you have Printful send them a new one? And for returns you just refund the money after the buyer returns the item to you? And who pays return shipping?

SKU is an optional field in Etsy, printful should automatically fill it out 👍

I had some tshirts on etsy a while back that were not renewed - someone told me they wanted to buy one so I went back into Etsy and renewed it and had to add some extra shipping info I didn't have to enter in the past. The person bought the shirt - I got alerted from Etsy but no email from Printful! It's been 8 hours! Was there a box somewhere I didn't check?

Hi, I want to know is it mandatory to have the money in my wallet in printful for orders from my etsy shop, or automatically when the customer buys a product in my esty shop the money will be sent automatically

I didn’t realize that Printful would automatically process the order so I accidentally purchased a shipping label on Etsy. Is there a way cancel that label purchase?

If I forgot to change the part where it says “made by another company” and I accidentally had made by me, does Printful still get the order to produce?

One thing I am still confused about is how much printful is going to charge me on my credit card for a sale? Say I sell a Gildan 6400 shirt priced at 19.99 make around 10 12 bucks. I know etsy takes their % out of the sale I believe but what is printful going to charge me? Because then that would determine how much I actually made. That 10 12 bucks I just made, how much is printful charging me because that is obviously lowering that 10 12 bucks.

They're withholding part of the payment to me due to the tracking info not being in etsy. Is that typical or is there something I can do to show them it shipped?

Hey Ryan - Quick (stupid) question for you. I made my first sale thanks to these vids, thank you! I used your same pricing guidelines, so the example you're showing matches my profits as well. So, if the customer paid $25 + for the: Shirt, Tax & Shipping, and Etsy is telling me my profit is $19.98 (listing minus tax and shipping), why is Printful charging me for shipping as well. Prinful charged $11.94. $19.98 (Etsy money IN) minus 11.94 (printful money OUT) = Profit of $8.04. Did I just essentially pay for shipping twice? 🤔 Hopefully this makes sense. LOL

Hey Ryan thanks for such great videos. One question - does Esty pay you immendiately so there is no out of pocket cost when it goes to Printful? Or do you have to pay out of pocket first then Esty pays you when the product is received by the customer? Keep up the great work - you rock!

I’ve discovered I have to pay out of pocket first on mine. Not worth it if you plan on making large sales.

This is awesome stuff! Now I'm thinking this is something I can get into next. Your videos encouraged me to start redbubble and MBA. Quick question, for redbubble, does it matter if we select paypal or direct deposit for payment? I thought direct deposit would be preferred payment but I'm seeing a lot of users use paypal instead so I'm curious if I'm missing something.

@@firejaw6459 LOL, I completely forgot about this question but I have since signed up with Printful and use them with Etsy and I can now answer my own question! 😀. Printful sends a message to Etsy when the order ships so there’s nothing I have to do! Easy peasy!!

At first order, do you make order as complete in first Day in etsy? What about shipping company to select ?
