    Hi does etsy charge you for additional items bought by the customers. Do I charge the custamer for additional items?

    So helpful! Do you think adding a loss leader + charge for shipping is a good or bad idea? It seems like it would take care of a lot of problems. It would show a low price up front to a customer, but when they click in, they will see higher priced items in the drop down menu, then checkout, shipping will be added. KZreadrs say this is a good option to get around all the price war issues. What do you think?

    So does that mean that we shouldn’t do combo listings with shirts and mugs? If we offer Free shipping on shirts and add a couple dollars into the cost of a mug and charge them the difference for shipping, it takes away the Shirt/Mug combo listing option, yes?

    Can anyone recommend a tutorial on actually setting up free shipping in your Etsy listing? I am trying to set up free shipping and it's still asking me a dozen questions I have no answers to. Thank you. There are too many basic tutorials going over concepts and not enough step-by-step

    So basically if you want to point Europe you need to do a new shop with Europe providers, if your target is USA same but USA providers. Is there any chance to have them both in the same basket? Or is not good ideas cause some products will cost huge shipping for Europeans or USA...thanks for your time

    Hi, I asked the following questions at your recent video "Printify Pop Up Store", hopefully, I'll get an answer this time, thank you! "As you know, we need to write the return policy and post it on our Etsy shops. What about Printify Pop-up? Do we also need to come up with the return policy and add it somewhere in our individual Pop-up store?"

    Printify controls the return policy for a pop-up store (they don't accept returns). But they also handle customer service directly with a pop-up. The automated emails sent to the customer with order and shipping information contain a link to this FAQ page for customer support: help.printify.com/hc/en-us/sections/11968358241041-Printify-me-Support On that page one of the FAQs is about the return policy, which links to this page: help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/12058723812369-What-is-the-Printify-me-reprint-refund-policy- You can copy & paste the policy from that page into your item descriptions if you would like to, but I would only use wording directly from Printify's policy because with a pop-up store, you don't control the return policy, Printify does.

    @@PODinsights Thanks for the reply. Another question about the Pop-Up store: I live in the US, so let's say I open a Pop-up shop and promote it on various social media. A non-US person sees my social media and likes the products I promote - can a non-US customer purchase from my pop-up store? If yes, are the products coming from Printify local fulfillments in this customer's county/region? In another word, will the international orders placed outside of the US be automatically routed to the Printify local fulfillment facility where the customers are located as long as Printify partners are available in that country/region? Or it's not "automatically", but the international customers have the option to choose the "shipped from" country when checking out, so they can choose the one near them?

    @@shinewu7738 Order fulfillment with a pop-up works the same as it does for other sales channels. When you create listings, you select a print provider (unless you use Printify Choice). If you have automatic order routing turned on in your store settings, orders will route to a print provider located in the customer's country if one is available. The customer does not control this. If this option is not turned on, your orders will be fulfilled by the print provider that you selected when you created the listing, regardless of where the customer is. You can also set your order fulfillment to manual so you have to submit every order, and can choose different print providers as needed if anyone is located in a different country.

    @@PODinsights I am very confused about the last option of submitting each order to Printify manually. One of the major differences between Esty shop and Pop up shop is when a customer placing an order on Etsy, the payment goes to Etsy, then you need to "feed" the order to Printify and make your payment to Ptintify, so your manual orders to Printify is what "triggers" Printify to start the fulfillment process. As for Pop Up store, when customers placing order, the payment goes directly to Printify, so I would assume that triggers the fulfillment process right away. But what you said is if I choose to submit each order manually, Printify will wait and not do anything before I submit the order manually, even though they ALREADY receive customer's full payment? Nothing will be done on Printify side before I submitting my manual orders, again, even they already receive customer payment? If that's the case, doesn't it contradict what you said that "The automated emails sent to the customer with order and shipping information...", because how could customers possibly get that email after placing orders since their "orders" have not been sent to Printify by you yet?

    @@shinewu7738 The order submission options with a Printify pop-up, as I've said, are the same as other sales channels. You can confirm this by looking at your store settings. Getting an order confirmation email prior to the order being submitted is no different than other sales channels that send order confirmation emails prior to the order being submitted with a print on demand provider.

    Hi. Thank you for this series. I have just received my first order. One item is being shipped form US to France. No one carries this item locally. How do respond to this message from etsy on my order confirmation or react ??? "You must share Etsy's IOSS number,#......,with your courier for this order (use it only for this purpose). This helps ensure that your buyer won't be charged VAT twice. Make sure to write the value of this order in euros" Is there a how to video i missed. Thanks in advance for your help. The item is a ceramic xmas ornament. D

    It may depend on which print on demand platform you are using, but for Printify specifically, they use their own IOSS number on international shipments where required and they don't have a way for you to submit your own (or Etsy's).
