Adam: Hi everyone, Adam, with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Lippert Waste Master Waste Management System. This is going to be one of the nicer ways to get your waste from point A to point B. Let's just go ahead and go over some of these features with you.If you have a RV or a camper, odds are you have dealt with a lot of sewage, and getting it out of your RV and into a wastegate. This system is one of the nicer ones and if you're going to have to do that anyway, might as well have one of the nicer systems that keeps all of the bacteria in the hose, and keeps it nice and safe and sanitary for everyone. One of the nice features about this system, it does have a leak-proof cam fitting.
Basically what that's going to do is, when you put your hose in, the end's going to look like this. What these cams do is, as you insert it in there it locks down into place, making an extremely solid seal. You won't have any leaks whenever you're dealing with getting your waste out of your RV or camper. This kit does come with a three inch waste tube and all the way condensed, it will be about five feet, but all the way expand, it's going to be about 20 feet. That is going to be a very decent amount of length. Even if you need a little bit more hose, we do have extensions at etrailer.com, but 20 foot should be plenty. The interior of this hose does have a very smooth, slick surface to help get all that waste out properly.
It makes cleaning very easily and that makes every other use after that a little bit nicer to use. It's going to have the same exact coating that you see right here, but on the inside. What Lippert added in was this easy to use knob here. You can hold it on pretty easily without getting close to your waste. It will fit into wherever you're going to be dumping pretty easily and it has a very easy to use knob to shut off the waste coming through. One of my favorite parts about this is we do have a clear section of this tube just to see if it's going to be clear or not.
We know when we're cleaning out our waste, once it turns clear, we know we're pretty much done. With this kit, we do have this adapter that comes with it, but we ran into some issues. As you can see, we don't have any notches here, so it's not going to fit on our bayonet fitting. What we had to do, we had to get a converter pipe, which looks like so, so we could put that on there and then get it fastened down nice and securely. With this extension, obviously we're going to need some sort of connector here. We did go on etrailer.com and grab this same type of fitting, it's just on both sides. Again, it does have a very tight seal.
Even though you're connecting two tubes, you won't really have to worry about any leaks. We ended up wanting to keep our bayonet fitting and that's why we needed our extension and then our connector here, but we do see a lot of times that people actually cut off that bayonet fitting and use some PVC cement, and actually mount this on there permanently. Then you can just connect your hose with your kit without the adapter and it's just as simple as that.We are utilizing Lippert's track system. As you can see, we have it running our full length of our waste tube, and we actually we're able to make a nice bend here. With higher pressures water going through this waste tube, it's going to want to straighten out. If you have a longer distance that you have to make it to your wastegate over there, it is nice to have a track to give your hose that extra support. It is going to be a half pipe that's going to fit our three inch tube. It just sits in there like so, and you can bend it, however you like to fit whatever needs you have. If you need a little bit more pipe to get to your waste station, we do sell other extensions. This is a 20 foot extension, which is going to be the same size as the one that comes in your kit. A lot of the times you don't know what to expect when you're going to a new RV park. A lot of RVers do grab an extra set just in case. Now that our water was clear at the end, we can go ahead and start wrapping everything up. Be sure to grab your gloves, make sure those are on. We just got to take out this extension here, undo that, set that aside, set this aside, put our cap back in. Now we can grab our main hose here, collapse it down, and get it ready for storage. Our last step here is to take our track system apart and stowed away in the bag that comes with your kit. Take the s

The camlock system is used in the fuel transport industry for gasoline, aviation fuels , diesel etc...because it does not leak...ever. This is the best possible system for rv waste management. In 3 years of use it has never leaked, even using the extender hose. Its expensive, but durable, easy to use and rinse out and best of all no accidental spills.
