I work at an ethanol plant for Alltech. We run a system similar to this except much larger and we use spent brewers yeast from brewery’s like miller coors and Sam Adams. Interesting to see other plants. Awesome video!

this system is old, now it takes less space but it depends what type you want small scale medium or large

thank you but new technology has lead to better systems

please indicate the following for setting up a plant of about 50,000litre capacity, 1. capital cost 2. land required 3. sugar cane required 4 where do you get the yeast from and the quantity 5. Over all operating cost 6 is the technology know how transferred? If you can send your contact details , we can discuss more for setting up new plants

This guy got indicted for wire fraud and money laundering by the USAG in 2013 lol. Don't take this seriously

New technology has come to make this and systems like this obsolete, its a good system on a small scale to begin to understan how ethanol is madde

A small scale system would run about 35,000.00 that's a production rate of 5 gallons to 9 gallons an hr or about 200 gallons a day
