I have a little recommendation of the Estonian sült o bet you its the best! ( if u can then add some diluted vinegar aswell) Estonian sült is more of a texture thing than a glavor thing. Hope you like it!🙂 The bad thing about it is that there isnt a lot of companys selling it😅

Haven't ever tried blood sausage in Estonia, but Finnish mustamakkara (black sausage) is yummy 😋 As for that cider, that's why I am in trouble drinking in most places cause I basically only drink cider or long drink and don't like beer or wine 🤣

Here are some Foods you should try next: "Kiluvõileib" It's a type of sandwich and it's really great to Make when family and friends Are coming over. Next is something you should definetly try, Super Simple but very tasty Mustleib with butter. The best thing! Except that with the food you Ate. You Made the right choice. Blood sausage is one of the best things Ever!

Ptw, it's rude to eat in Estonia when you have a hat on 😉

It isn't a traditional Estonian meal without ovenroasted pork, garlic beetroot salad and mulgikapsas(don't know how it's called in english)

I love this restaurant and this plate was pretty much everything that us, Estonians, eat. But you missed two really important things - KAMA and VÜRTSIKILUD. And also, where the heck is the classic black bread? :) Anyways, hopefully next time. :)

I’m from Estonia aswell and you should try Sült which i don’t know what is in english but it is also pretty popular in Estonia. I have never tried it because it looks disgusting but people say that it tasted pretty good. So i found out that sült is aspic. I have never heard of aspic before but maybe you know.

Blood-sausage is yummy and that cabbage is also yummy :)
