@@kaizendental I liked literally everything in the podcast. I passed BDS in March of this year and was very confused whether to go for PG or startup my own clinic but this podcast cleared up a lot of things especially when ma'am said,"if you have the opportunity then just go for PG", it just cleared up my mind and even if I decide not to do PG at least now I know what all to do.

Thank you. If you are focussed on composite Dr Varsha Rao is great. If more towards veneers and digital dentistry Dr Deepil Mehta is a good choice.

Esthetic dentistry is not a course if you know the skill you can practice it.. you can do it abroad if you are registered to practice dentistry abroad.. About cosmetology it depends on laws of which country you planning to settle in..

Is braces journey painful?

If you going for regular metal or ceramic braces you might have pain initially when the wires are tightened after every month. But that is not severe and it's just a nagging sensation.. If you however go through aligners like invisalign you will have continuous forces and not painful.. Most important get the treatment done by an orthodontist.. don't go in for those who are not an mds in it or just come home and take impressions. Have a specialist makes it predictable..

Don't worry after extraction you might have pain for maximum 2-3 days which will subside with medicines.. having a beautiful smile always increases confidence 🙂...
