Those were the days.

Times certainly were more romantic back then. Unlike today.

According to the opening credits, Alaska was not part of the USA in 1960 despite achieving statehood shortly before. Was it a Prohibition state?😀

@@esmeephillips5888 Alaska and Hawaii were once prohibition states, but they weren’t by the time of the creation of these graphics. Maybe the editors got lazy, or maybe the graphics were made pre-March 1959?

Wow. Where did you find this? I saw a clip of this on a TCM "Private Screenings" interview of Esther Williams from 1996; it was a full-blown 2-inch color videotape. I thought it would never surface. Is it on DVD?

Could someone help me find the song from a tv show/ comdey sketch I guess from mid 1950's to early 1960's? The lead singer is female and it starts with words "Glamour has come to the airport but here's where we gotta go..." and also mentions Gina Lollobrigida. By far seems like it comes from a tv show but I don't know which one it might be
