Hi Yvonne! How you went about filling in the cracks on the child's chair was just brilliant! You kept its character. That's the best cement color you've ever come up with for the canisters.

I love how the school desk chair turned out. I have a desk chair combination from the 1960s. My dad got it out of a school that was closing when I was a little girl. It's been refinished several times. Right now it is in pieces and you have inspired me to get at it and get it finished for my granddaughter. Thanks for the inspiration!!

You and your husband work so great together, beautiful items

I use sticky transfers all the time. If you will rinse them under cool water and turn them upside down to dry they should be able to restick to the paper backing. The sticky will usually last at least 8-10 times if you dont rub over it too hard with a cleaning sponge. Some transfers will last longer or shorter than others...depending on how much stickiness they had to begin with. Hope that helps. And...the chair was my favorite today!! Beautiful!!

Thank you for answering the question about painting everything black first! It makes sense now 😊 Since I'm a quilter, I LOVED the quilt designs on the milk bottle!! And that oval-topped mirror is just gorgeous. I would have never thought of using hot glue as a mold nor would I have thought you could sand an old suitcase like that!

Great flips. Love the bigger mirror. I can never cut with those glass cutters. I would have done the gray paint on the lids of the canisters too. Maybe a dark blue for the lettering.

Beautiful! Loved the suitcase the most. I wanted to tell you that I have used old eye shadow to age the edges of paper...such as the torn edges of the music pages...works like a charm! Just a little hack that I wanted to share with you! Love your channel! ❤

Lovely recycling!! I was a little sad to see the wildflower canisters painted but they turned out so cool, esp with the milk bottle too. 👍🏻 For fabric to fabric, paper to paper or paper to fabric please try Fabritac/Fabrifix. You can get it at most craft stores. A lil bit pricy but works VERY well and fast! 😉

Omg Yvonne I am hooked on your channel well your family's channel. I have to say OMG what you did to that black and wood chair with the big crack in it . I thought what you did with that black star bonder glue. Frig girl where did they get you . You have such a wonderful eye for things. That really impressed me. I know that I am not an important figure in your life but I have to say I've always loved antiques I'm into DIY. But I like repurposing so much better. Especially antiques. And we're just starting heavy duty pickup where ppl put their "trash on the curb " to be picked up in about a month or so 🎶🎶🎶 IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR 🎶🎶🎶 AS you can imagine. I got butterflies right now ppl are putting stuff out. I hope I find some old wood frames 🤞🤞🤞 they're my favorite thing !!! I'm so happy I found your channel. But if I don't get my ass off this phone I'm going to be divorced before I am married. Btw I call it JUNKIN SEASON my hunny calls it " oh no more junk " . He's getting better tho he sees the stuff I create. Anyway love you. I have the ginger red hair on my dad's side of the family and Auburn on my mom's . Really cool use of a door…. I used one that had the old handle and turn lock(took the one handle off but kept the front mechanism on for show) cut it down, put a stained shelf with black brackets part way from the top then added a painted dowel into the towel bar holders (cause the original wasn’t long enough) then hung my country bath towel on it. It hangs on the wall behind my tub .

All these makeovers turned out great! Especially the mirror and child's chair!

I love everything you and Chris redo! There's no way to choose a favorite! Hint, I use the hard end of a small paint brush to hold stencils down as I'm dabbing them. Much better result than our fingers! Keep up the fantastic work and videos!

Yvonne, I loved them all, but the suit case and the 2 mirrors were my favorites. But everything is just beautiful 😍! You always do a fantastic job. I know I have been gone for awhile. I had a lot to happen. We lost our daughter of 42 on March the 6th and then just a few day later I was put in the hospital, I had let a place on my bottom go , I new it was hurting and I wasn't feeling well but I was grieving too. But I was septic they had to do surgery, I have a wound vac and it will be quite a process to heal, but God is with me and healing me. I also know Lisa is hole again and happy as she can be, I just miss her. I'm sorry I really didn't mean to unload all that on you. God bless you both and don't stop doing what you do.

Very well done. I really liked the suit case that you lettered /papered the sides and the birds in the beautiful frame.

You do such beautiful work! Loved this video and saw some new techniques! I have used Magic Eraser to remove pencil marks off of painted walls, but I doubt that would have worked on the inside the suitcase. But something to think about for other surfaces with hard-to-remove marks. Hope that tip helps you some day. I enjoy watching you work and to see the transformations. Thanks for sharing! 😊❤️
