Kelly you talk about owning your mistakes. How do you handle situations that you get blamed for but are not your fault without looking like you are just shifting the blame?

It's best to answer "I'll take care of that" or "Thanks for letting me know" or "We'll work on that." Unfortunately, EVERYTHING is our responsibility, whether we have control over it or not. It's best to work on the attitude of staying above the line: don't blame, don't explain, don't shame...and refocus all energy and conversation on the outcome we want. Oh yeah, all with an attitude of "No problem, I've got this."

Do you have any tips for driving? Although I have some experience in driving. It seems this new position will request more of it, I just want to do an excellent job

Hi. What is the difference between the principal and the em?

The EM is the estate or house manager, and the principal is the homeowner.

Thank you so much. I worked as a chef in a five star hotel some years ago. I also worked as a nanny for a few years for different families, where I also had the opportunity to take over some projects in the houses as well as some house management. Finally, I have experience as a cost accountant and assistant. I speak Spanish as my mother language and English as a second language. I recently graduated from college with a business administration degree. I've been searching for jobs, and I found a job position as an EM. Do you think that I could be a good fit for this kind of position?
