@@joshuavaldivieso55enhanced abilities literraly translates to all of that though, self healing increased, ammo infinite, beams are longer and spread to targets, infinite flight, etc. It’s enhanced versions of her base abilities.

I’m a pharah one trick with less then 1 hour on mercy but I still watch so much of your videos haha so entertaining and very well edited! It’s so helpful to know mercy’s kit when being pocketed

Sometimes, the situation comes up where you might need to use Valkyrie, but you think the enemy has an anti-mercy ultimate available. I have baited out visors and noons by activating Valkyrie close to a piece of cover....so they pop the bad counter ultimate, and you hide, healing your team from behind cover.

You can also kinda bob in and out of the cover against tac visor, to encourage the soldier to keep trying to target you so he doesn’t shoot anyone else. Can also be used against other limited-time ranged sustained damage, like Bastion’s turret form. Obviously, you have to be really attentive to your healthbar, but you can really get a lot of value by making an enemy think they can kill you and wasting their time and attention.

This doesn’t really have to do with valk but I would love if they made its so that ga micro movements are only the regular 1.5 second cooldown. For example all extended ga movements that fall at 25% ga charge or below are considered micro movements and thus if a mercy uses a “micro movement” (ga charge is 25% or less) then they receive the 1.5 second cooldown instead of the 3 second cooldown

The worst feeling is when you use valk for initiation/to push through a choke, etc.. only for your team to continue hiding/standing in choke and not walk forward during it. I switched to mostly doing it after we get a pick, with much more consistent results, like you suggest here :)

Don't talk about the 60 HP bug!!! The "All you have to to is hold down left click" crowd and the balance team that nerf as soon as they smell a molecule of smiling will harp on this. 😭 But seriously thanks for more tips, fam!🤘😇

You know, i used to use my valk responsibly, but then i realized it was my girlboss button that would let me gaslight the enemy widow into thinking im cracked, letting me gatekeep their win

7:47 I can assure you as a top 500 Mercy player, this is also the case in GM 😂 I rarely use Valkyrie as an initiation because it usually just goes to waste.

i’ve started to play mercy recently and this was really helpful!! thanks ❤️

What I absolutely love is using it for clutch situations, such as rez in front of the team but is still possible to achieve due to covers for example, but my most favorite use of valk is to stay on the cart to contest and dodging all the attacks , I honestly play mercy for this and to dodge ultimates in a satisfying way 😂😂

Junker Queen Fact #1: don't shout out of spawn. You need that shout cooldown to potentially win a fight. Unlike other abilities that buff movement speed, Queen shout is at a cooldown long enough where she will still have it on cooldown on fight start

I remember one time I died near the start of a fight, and watched through kill cam and it was still going as a respawned. I used valk to get there fast, but the battle had already been won and the last person on the other team was being killed as I got there.

Im really good with Mercy now after years of play, and I'm getting up there in years. I'll tell you though, I have the Valkyrie ult down pretty good, but how many times I've embarrassingly hit it after a team fight because I didn't realize we'd won already, or try for crazy rezzes that shouldn't be tried ... I don't think I'll ever grow out of the latter because when you manage to pull it off the two out of ten times, you feel like a superhero and your team goes on and on about how they can't believe that worked 😂

I seem to recall there being a bug where when you activate Valk and the beam stays targeted, but the healing isn't increased? Similar to how when you end the ult and keep the increased healing until your beam re-attaches to something or switches off. Is this true?

13:00 I think it is, or at least I act like it, if you self heal with sympathetic you get more ult charge than just healing another teammate, because you technically are healing more hps. I also think healing a tank generates less ult charge than a dps or support. I especially take that into consideration if I'm at the fork in the road situation where I am at 90% or something and have a DPS to save or the tank to save. Context is everything of course, but I typically would prioritize healing the dps to know I can get ult and utilize Valk for a safer rez. I'm curious if this is confirmed and your take though. Seems like it fit into this misc section.

Genjis are the worse. Sombras can be bad too. The real problem is that your team never turns around so you gotta switch to Brig to stop dive

BROOOO I kinda hate the fact that mercy cannot mitigate damage… the amount of times I’ve body blocked a VERY low HP teammate and saved them by blocking the enemy’s LOS on my teammate. I think that would be a pretty cool thing to add tbh all supports should be able to mitigate some damage, I know Ana, Brig, and Lucio can so why can’t mercy??
