I'm so happy you're now in Vancouver as I got my phantom about a month ago and have a permanent grin on my face. So many people stop me and ask questions about the Phantom even when riding in heavy traffic they roll down their window and love on the Phantom. How come Apollo scooters won't talk to their customers I can't find the phone number and when I do find it I call it and it tells me there's a live ChatOn the website there's no live ChatOn the website can't get ahold of no one not sure

How long is too long for leaving your Scooter charging?

My idea is to run it down to 15% or so. You'll get so much more ride time out of the batt life

Flats unfortunately occur. However, we have videos on our KZread showing you how to do a quick change :)

It would be good to wear a FF helmet in videos to set a good example. faceplants are common.

Dont forget to add slime in your tubes, will save you problems

600 to 800 charge cycles on average and why would you want to waste each charge cycle on a short little burst of a charge you'd want to run it down almost all the way and charge it up fully that way you're not wasting one of your charge cycles on a little 20-minute charge I swear most of these tips and videos are incorrect or my best tip consult your owner's manual or the manufacturer themselves
