I love all of these tips but when you said to use the essays that you got good marks on as a reference, I was thinking that I, personally, would do the opposite. My english teachers have always graded my papers while noting mistakes and flaws. Some of my worst essays have been the key to helping me write some of my best essays. I can see all of my incorrections and know not to make those same mistakes again.

I had my deadline for my essay 3 weeks ago but we had an extension until 2 weeks ago and I said "I'll do it later". Well, look at me looking for more tips on essay writing because there's another essay that I havve to do so I have to do 2 in 2 days. *I have mastered the art of procrastination* .

An easy way to check for spelling errors (especially when it’s written not typed) is to read the whole thing out loud backwards. Sometimes when you read the sentence and you know what it should look like your brain doesn’t realize it’s wrong. Hope this helps
