Thanks Wizzle, glad it was helpful. Definitely took a different approach on this and gave out more info. Glad it seemed to be helpful. It’s always a balancing act between in depth info and time.

The thing with adding gameplay is that it gives you credibility. Going fast at the expense of not going deep (or complete) isn't the best way forward.

Yeah exactly. Most of the regulars know I lead a trials guild and know that I can tank/heal/dps any hard mode on just about any class, but a newer person doesn’t know the difference between that and someone else who’s gameplay is always fungal grotto or an overland dungeon. As for deep vs fast, that’s always the trade off. Most people prefer fast, I typically prefer deep, but I try to accommodate both as I can. My hope is to make shorter videos and provide longer writups on the website in the future.

@@Nightharrow I mean, you can be deep and also fast. Concise ya know. In my opinion, you seem to have good breakdowns already and the only thing missing is gameplay. So IMO, instead of having a camera pointed at you while you explain things, instead provide background footage of the build in action. But that's just me and I know im giving unsolicited advice so sorry about that. I respect the grind bro!

Awesome build on my magblade I have 5med 2light. Jew scage mage n dagger too. Body 5 Ansul and monster set mola kena. Hits hard. Hard to weave

Nice at the moment my setup about the same but got pillar dagger FB & Rele on body.. every else the same except im running 2 pcs monsters w Zaan and jewelry all Pillars so in this case swap pillar for Aegis caller and add the Velothi neck? Also shadowy disguise not needed ? Slotted gain major prophecy and Savagery ?

Re Shadowy Surprise: It’s fine to use but weapon power potions will give it to you, so not needed. Zaan is fine to use single target but yes, I would swap for velothi.

If we are to run full range with the bow bow setup guessing we would do whorl and nirn then? Since you wouldnt be able to proc aegis or AY unless you gonto melee range and hit them with a killer blade every once in awhile?

I would love to see you do a 1-bar Stam Nightblade Build. I do okay with my mine, but I can only pull 80K DPS in most Dugeon's. I'm farming for the Pillar Of Nirn set currently. Interesting discussion about Aegis Caller though. Take care!

Dude, I got a question. I do PvE and PvP casually, so I'm not sure whether to morph Grim Focus into Merciless Resolve or Relentless Focus, same goes for Siphoning Strikes morphing into Siphoning Attacks or Leeching Strikes. What do you think I should go with?

Go with grim focus for the burst in PvP. Get the five stacks, then go in with your combo. It will nuke. Pve its dealers choice. Probable leave it as grim for was of use? Siphoning is what I recommend right now for both. Sustain is just so nice.

Sorry to bug again but in the guide you say to use Lethal Arrow but show Focused Aim and the icon is Focused Aim, which should I use and why if you don’t mind me asking?

Oh no! I missed that! Use focused aim, it will do a bit more damage. I just misspoke in the video. The reason is the defile from lethal arrow isn’t really useful in PvE, as not a lot of mobs are healing or shielding, so no real benefit there. And then with focused aim it gives you sundered which gives you 100 weapon and spell damage and applies minor breach both for 4 seconds.

That’s a great question, and I’m not sure where it stands after this last patch. I imagine stamblade is doing better. Would be a great question to ask in the discord. I bet Njola could help you out!

I have stamina nightblade and i use 3 or 4 skills and im without stamina,someone know why??

Hmm that’s weird. Are you using food? Stacking stamina enchants? Have all your attributes slotted?

Surprise attack over rapid strikes ? For spammable ?

I’m pretty sure I mention it. But yeah, I’m not partial to the channeled spamable, and if you are bar swapping and clipping it, it’s worse. This also helps keep up major Resolve.

@2010pitbull try rapid strikes and see if it doesn’t give you a few k more. And no, that gear should be able to get you more dps. 120k I would think. Once you get over 100k, small changes are what’s needed to get more dps. I would encourage you to come by the discord and drop your cmx in the help channels and we can give you specific advice. How much worse would Acid arrow be as a spamable?

Hey Orphan! So I think you are combining two skill names, acid spray and poison arrow but both would be a considerable dps loss. The former can work as a semi spamable cast every 4 seconds and the latter is best left as a dot, as the up front damage is pretty weak. If you want to go full bow I would swap barbed trap or path for poison spray and use it as a semi spamable. Then lethal arrow as your spamable. Just make sure you drop aegis caller. You could also run an arena weapon front bar and eagle eye on your jewelry if you wanted to do something even more bow focused and thematic. It will tend to do similar damage. Drop velothi for a monster set or kilt in that situation.

@@Nightharrow Ngl I was half a sleep when I typed this. Acid Spray. I’m just looking for a way to add some AoE to the bar even if I lose a K or 2 on a parse. I appreciate the time you take to reply back. It means a lot to me.

@trainedorphan9640 haha I feel you. Yeah acid spray is great tbh. If looking to add aoe, I would replace trap if you are running velothi. Could also replace debilitate and swap path to the back bar (you want spray on the front bar since the duration is so short). I’m not 100% sure which would be best, probably comparable would be my guess. Def replace debilitate if not running velothi. You can also run silver shards as your spamable for more aoe.
