I would just use what I used last patch, go DDF/markyn and swap out Ulfsild's for fetcher

DW is probably very slightly higher damage but ice offers a full weapon damage enchant, almost 100% minor brittle/maim uptime, harder hitting light attacks and a block weapon

Without the chilled I wouldn't use it, but Hrothgar can still do avg 3-4k damage

I don’t like it personally because it’s a bit slow and people move out of it but you can replace arctic with healing soul/class script/vitality if you want
