The basics videos would be a great addition. Not everyone knows that they need to do basic maintenance, or even how. Was out with an Endurance rider and he was riding on a downhill with loose belts. He consulted with me, google, and your team to get his board issues resolved and is back up and riding 💪

I actually hit a utility knife blade that I didn't see on my exway x1max hub board at the beginning of summer at night, and it SHREDDED the entire back hub sleeve.

Worst thing that took me out? MISSING MANHOLE COVER. I was riding back from a group ride to my car in Salt Lake City, and I was 2 streets away from being done. It was around midnight, so there one was only one GMC truck that saw me slide 50 feet since I didn’t bring my pads (of course, slow group ride, I’ll be fine). Ended up cracking and bending my cheap trucks out of place.

The Grossest thing I ran over was a roadkill dead @ss animal. Blood and guts got on my board and Legs. Those are the days I wish I was wearing pants. Super nasty
