Hi. Really enjoying this video. My husband and I love how much you enjoy your meals. When he eats he always says mmmm mmmm like you do and we smile. Really love your under armor sweatshirt too. Stay well and keep filming. Your friend from Massachusetts-Regina

The area you chose for your campsite is truly beautiful with the woods and the creek. Your operation looked pretty efficient, so not too much to improve on. When you camp there in winter, will you have your cot situated higher from the frozen ground? Your first hot tent adventure was a real success! 👏🏻

Thank you Lisa! Yes, I think overall the first hot tent trip was successful! Although it was similar to other hot tent content, I will have to add my own persona to the experience to make a unique hot tenting experience to share with others. As for my cot, I think during those cold nights I will just layer maybe a blanket underneath the cot to create a barrier from the ground. Thanks for tuning in and commenting!

Thank you Blackblade! Yes, it is a nice spot for sure! It used to be an old wood harvesting area where people could get firewood for their winter wood supply, but hasn’t been use for years. The area has been cleared out a bit because of that and created and excellent spot for camping. Plus there is a lot of nice dry wood to use to the campfire and hot tent stove! Now you did it. You gave me the inspiration for my own outback overnight campout. That soup you made sounded very similar to the soup I made the other night for my wife and I to enjoy for dinner. Fresh beef and vegetables make for a good meal for sure! That little woodstove you have seems to fit the bill for your needs. I made my own from an old propane tank that burns very effeciently, mostly smoke-free once it's going. Lots of heat with small sticks for fuel. I'm going to have to try my own solo adventure soon! Thanks for sharing yours with us!

Thanks Mike! I have to say, I really do enjoy the hot tenting experience and do recommend if you get a chance to do it you should. Such a relaxing time, but busy at the same time. It is pretty therapeutic to keep busy setting up camp and just enjoying the outdoors. When it comes time to relax by the campfire, the work that was put into setting your spot up just feels right and a sense of pride comes over you. I love it! Though in a hot meal, and it’s heaven!! @@TheBushkateer the good thing about my adventure I could do it on a secluded area of our 30 acres in northern Minnesota. A lot of wooded area but no stream or creek for the water sounds. Plenty of wildlife running around.
